The house is a short walk or free Alta shuttle ride from the base area lifts, providing you with easy access to some of the most challenging terrain in North America along with a variety of restaurants and shops. The avid skier will also find some of the best backcountry in the world nearby. Come summertime, you'll be within walking distance of hiking trails at Alta and Snowbird, as well as wildflower fields, other natural wonders, and the Hellgate Cliffs - a world-class rock climbing destination.

THINGS TO KNOW

• During the winter months, snow tires are required in the whole canyon. Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is required year-round.
• This home is not ideal for young children or guests with mobility issues, as you must walk over 100 feet to reach the front door.
• The trail is snowy in winter and snow boots are recommended.
• Trip insurance is strongly suggested to purchase during winter visits.
• There is a caretaker living on-site in the basement.
