Location was great for pool and beach access. Beds were good and showers updated. Plenty of kitchen items to be able to cook and clean up. Kitchen and living room are a little dated with soft surfaces in living room may need to be replaced. Clean unit overall.

Grounds and pool very well maintained. Ground floor very convenient. Stove rug and some furniture need replaced. Overall a nice place needs a little care
Manager response:
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review, John! Since your stay, we have had the stove repaired and are working with local staff to make necessary updates as they see fit to the home. We do hope that we have another chance in the future to better impress you!

Loved the amenities. But the place was FILTHY. Not one thing in the entire unit was clean. We had to wash everything in the kitchen before we used it. The tile floor was black with dirt. The rug in the living room was atrocious. The bathrooms had mold in them. So sorry.
Manager response:
Hi Norma, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that the home was in this condition upon your arrival - please know that this is not the regular standard for our properties. We appreciate this feedback as an opportunity to improve upon when making future improvements. Sincere apologies for any missteps, as it is never our intention to disappoint. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future with a much more enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The main Tv didn’t
Work. The room was clean and provided
Everything we needed. We will be back next year..Grandchildren had a blast.
Manager response:
Bunny, thank you for staying with us and providing the feedback from your stay! We brought your comments to the attention of the local staff and they have informed us that they are in the process of fixing the TV. The cable services are managed through the local HOA and we are working with them to have it reviewed and fixed as needed. We do apologize that we were not able to remedy this during your stay. We look forward to hosting you and your grandchildren again very soon!

location to the pool.
small complex and other renters were great.

We love Crescent Sandpiper 116. We’ve stayed here for years. The condo is in a perfect location. There are a few details that need some attention. The vertical blinds need repair in the master bedroom. The rug in the living room needs a deep clean, and the couch needs some help. Even with a few things needing some attention, we love this condo and complex.
Manager response:
Hi, Alyson! Thank you for telling us about your visit. The blinds have been replaced, and we have scheduled a carpet cleaning. The sofa will be looked at after the busy season has passed. Thank you again!

Love the condo being so close to the pool and beach. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provide. So nice to have a washer and dryer. The one thing we did not like was the path down to the beach. It was very hard to walk up and down in the deep sand. We are in our 70's so it was really hard. The Sandpiper Condo need to build a walkway to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved 116 Sandpiper. The unit was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen has nice appliances and lots of cooking equipment. The location is great - close to the pool and beach.

This is our go-to beach condo. We are repeat guests that hope to stay at CS 116 again next year. This location cannot be beat!

Like the beach being so close

This met our needs and was in a nice location. We loved the easy beach access, peace and quiet, resident tortoise, and the pool was very clean. We were there in September. The home was nice, but nothing fancy. For example, the bathrooms could use a little love and attention, especially the one that is not in the master bedroom. But it was great to have a washer and dryer and first floor access right out to the pool. The kitchen is well stocked with all the bowls, pans, and gadgets you need. Overall, a nice place to stay.

We were amazed at how clean and well kept the pool and beach area was. The walk to the beach was short and great view from the room.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo! Plenty of space for three of us, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing week. My dad spent a LOT of time sitting on the patio, including several afternoon naps! Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. A couple of slats were missing from the vertical blinds in the master bedroom, but a blanket hung over the gaps provided a makeshift solution for that.

We were pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the pool and beach access - the photos really don't do full justice to the proximity. It was literally 10 steps from the edge of the patio to the sidewalk next to the pool gate, and then just a short walk across to the beach access! I did have some privacy concerns beforehand that there might be a lot of foot traffic back and forth in front of the unit, due to the sidewalk - but since the beach access is on the opposite side and there are several gates around the pool area, that was not a problem at all. The pool and the beach were never crowded, the complex was very quiet, and it was easy to get to restaurants and attractions.

We will definitely consider returning here!
Manager response:
Deanna, we are so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for your feedback. We will be sure to pass your comments along to our local manager who can address the missing slats from the blinds. We look forward to hosting you again!

The Crescent Sandpiper is the perfect oceanfront family getaway. The pool and grounds are pristine and it is only a few steps to the beautiful white sand beach. Unit 116 offers an unobstructed ocean view. The newly renovated kitchen and furnishings are exceptional. We have been coming to the Crescent Sandpiper since the 80's and this is our favorite unit.
