Remodeled in 2012, this condo offers an open floor plan, a wood-burning fireplace, heated floors, and plenty of afternoon sunlight. Right outside the building, you'll have access to a shared hot tub alongside the ski run (which doubles as a hiking/mountain biking trail in summer), a year-round heated pool, shared grills and picnic tables, and a firepit to gather around after a day on the slopes. This condo has everything you'll need for a memorable stay!
What's nearby: There's no shortage of outdoor recreation right outside! You'll be across the street from the Four O'Clock ski run, 25 yards from a stop for the free town shuttle (the lifts are one stop away), and 100 yards from the Snowflake lift. In the summer, you'll find access to hiking and mountain biking across the road, as the path runs into several forest trail systems. Or, walk only one block to peruse shops, restaurants, bars, and the Riverwalk concert and event center on historic Main Street.

My family loved the size and location of this unit. Close to main street with ample room. The kitchen ware was fully stocked as well as blankets and pillows. As we traveled by plane the washer and dryer in the unit was an extra bonus for light packing. We would definitely book again!

We were in Breck the week of Apr 9th. Overall the condo was great. With a few improvements I would have given it 5 stars. It offered everything we needed and was pretty comfortable. Short walk to town. Ski in (if you're into that). Very short walk to lift. Vacasa folks were very easy it work with and very nice.

Updated interior. Perfect location. Ski in down 4 O’clock. Walk about 200 yds ( uphill) to the Snowflake lift. Walkable to Main Street. Had an issue with a noisy heater but it was taken care of the next day (great service). No complaints and would definitely stay again.

I would have rated this home a 5 if the first sentence of their description wouldn't have read: "Find a true ski-in/ski-out getaway..." Since when does ski-out involve a bus-ride ????

The set up of this condo was great! Perfect for a small family! The location was also perfect! You can walk anywhere. The kitchen had what was needed to cook small meals. Beds comfortable and everything felt clean!

The location is perfect. Right up the street from main street. Floors are really thin, if you have people above you can hear all of their foot steeps. Beds are ok but frames squeak every time you move.

Five stars all the way! This unit is well located, well stocked, and well maintained. This unit has great space: a large living area with plenty of comfortable seating, as well as a dining table for 6, and a counter that seats 4. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, flatware, dishes, etc. - everything you need to cook and dine in. The unit was very clean and well cared for. The owners were extremely responsive and friendly (we had no issues, just a couple question which were answered immediately.)
The location is great. Right off of the the Four O'Clock run. You can take the shuttle to the lift the morning (you can absolutely walk up there, but it was hard for us with kids /gear so we took the shuttle that comes by every few minutes.) At the end of the day, you can "ski in" off of Four O' Clock, and you are 15 yards from the front door of the unit. If you want to go to town, you are just a few blocks away - no car needed.
We would definitely stay here again!
