If you are looking for a great place to stay in Leavenworth, then the Pinecone Den is your place! I had to work a wedding last weekend, and the rental was perfect! It has pedantry of space inside, and plenary relaxing space outside! There is also plenty of covered parking space! Not only was the house great, the location was perfect! I was close to everything! Definitely a 5 Star retreat!

Our crew enjoyed their stay and were very thankful for the air conditioning on that hot week!

As the title indicates, if you didn't recognize: this is a double-wide. Therefore, do not expect a full-on home. What does this mean? Showers are smaller, it is COLD during winter, it has a smell (that your nose quickly adapts to), and the walls are thin metal. Additionally, it feels a bit like a trailer home. With all of that being said - we found it to be cozy and comfortable. The wifi speed is 100 down and 50 up, which was impressive. The couch is awesome, all of the TVs have Rokus, the kitchen has utensils/cookware, but no spices. All in all, for the price, this is a great value and much more affordable than other options. 35 minutes from Steven's Pass, 30 minutes from Leavenworth.

The location with proximity to cross country ski trails was great. The mobile home was warm with comfortable beds. Overall vibe is cheap functional with finishes not well maintained.
Manager response:
We are sorry to read you were disappointed in any way, Jill, and do hope you will give us a chance to impress you in the future!

We enjoyed the location of the house. There was the Ponderosa Playground a block down the street with easy access to the river where our grandkids had an enjoyable time playing and wading in the water. The drive to Leavenworth was an enjoyable drive and within a reasonable distance. The home was clean throughout which made it a nicer experience although the mobile home needed updating, seemed worn out and needed some minor repairs. We received a call the morning of our arrival that the air conditioning was being worked on and there may be a repairman when we get there. However, the units were working, the repairman was not there and we had wonderful cool air throughout our stay.
