We had so much. The cabin was very clean and looked just like the photos shown! We had a bonus at the end of our stay and got to see a few black bears! ❤️

The view was amazing, and cabin in excellent condition. Would book again! Watch out for the bears!!

Cabin was nice and clean. The property around the cabin was not. Looks like recent work had been done to the roof and scrap metal roof panels were laying around on the property along with some garbage. All in all a great stay and nice cabin.

So this is a large cabin and then there’s a small one directly beside it. You have the option to rent A, B, or both as “main home”. We rented main home. I stayed in the small cabin (B). For the location, it was really high up which is where you want to be if you want a view. The view was awesome!!!! Sunrises sunsets hot tubs. We didn’t see any bears. The parking was easy, the pool was closed because it’s march but this cabin is pretty close to the pool if you’re planning on staying during the warmer months. You weren’t 100% secluded from other cabins but it felt that way because of the switchbacks and trees. For the price, this was a good stay! The hot tubs were clean. Shower water was hot. Cabins were clean (I’m even picky). And check out was easy, they didn’t expect you to start laundry or take our garbage or anything. Wi-Fi was great at both cabins. We even had phone signal with att and Verizon. Now I’ll go onto the more negative side of things but please know that I am boujie and have stayed at really nice places. The mattresses weren’t good and tvs were small. The carpet couldn’t stand to be replaced. Cabin B was really small (it was cheap though so I shouldn’t have expected a
mansion) and to use the main light, the ceiling fan would run. The bed wasnt comfortable, we only had a top sheet and thin fleece blanket but plenty of pillows, and water pressure in the shower wasn’t good (I’m on a mountain though). The steps were a little difficult at cabin B, they are angled downward and steep (elderly would have trouble). In cabin A, people agreed the beds weren’t comfortable and both floors ran off of the same unit/thermostat. So the upstairs was a little hotter than comfortable and the downstairs bedrooms were like ice boxes. Also there’s no bathroom in the cabin that isn’t in a bedroom. It’s obvious on here and I even went through the 3d layout multiple times but I somehow missed that. Overall I would absolutely recommend this cabin for a large group on a budget. We love pigeon forge and visit 2-3x year. We went to the wax museum and it was really fun, also went to Smoky Mountain Knife Works. We tried Outback this time because all the local restaurants were crowded. Our favorite is Paula Dean’s though. We went to an ice cream place in the area behind the Island but there’s a lot of different ice cream places in pigeon forge to choose from.

This house is at an amazing location and has an incredible view. It was very clean, and my following complaints have nothing to do with a very nice staff I dealt with. The first problem encountered was at the house was 44° when we entered it. The thermostat read that there was an electrical problem. I called the 800 number I was given and they quickly got A HVAC Technician out there. He arrived quickly, and was able to restore some emergency heat. The bedroom fireplace was in disarray with an electrical wire seemingly hardwired into the starting unit of the gas fireplace. Needless to say it didn’t work and the fireplaces’ general condition was poor. The screen for the main rooms fireplace is broken, which could create a fire hazard. One of the Sauna buttons was pushed in and will not release, leaving that sauna unusable for our stay. I was surprised that roof panels and screws for roof repairs for the second cabin were left in view of the walkway going to the cabin. There was a broken fence leading down from the cabin which was unsightly. There is litter that was left around the cabin on the outside including shards of glass. I felt for the cost of $750 a night that this was the unacceptable. I found the rest of the cabin was fine and was very enjoyable to stay in. Architecture certainly enhance the already incredible view. In all, I feel that this company staff should go to the cabin before their guest comes to make sure that everything is working and that the grounds are picked up. That said, we still had a great time.
Hi, Dennis! We're glad you chose to stay with us and would like to apologize for the items that didn't meet your expectations. Maintenance was unable to find any issues with the jacuzzis or fireplace screen, but the fencing and metal are being addressed by local staff. Thank you!

This was so much fun. We stayed in the smokys and the views were amazingly.... Ummm... Amazing!
The cabin was well stocked with cooking stuff. It was as clean as expected if i was at home. Easy to deal with company. Would recommend.

This was a great set up for our large family group. Plenty of beds in the main cabin. The small cabin was great for us (Grandma and Grandpa) to retreat to for some quiet time. It was nice that it's fairly close to the pool too. The pool was great and had a great view.

This cabin is a beautiful place with a wonderful view. The unit was clean and comfortable and made the perfect setting for myself and my five brothers and sisters to have a fun and relaxing reunion. The cabin could use a few minor repairs but nothing that interfered with our trip. The cabin has many clever signs and sayings throughout that were entertaining and added to the ambiance of the country feel.
We saw several bears right outside of the cabin and several nice sunsets. The drive up to the cabin was fun and for my sister from the flat state of Fl somewhat scary. We would all highly recommend that cabin would come back if the opportunity presented.
