You can't ask for a better location as this cozy second-floor and family-friendly condo is nestled in Breckenridge's Downtown Arts District. While being in the center of town, you'll appreciate staying in a private and quiet building. The location of this condo cannot be beat. It’s only one block off Main and right on the free bus line. Unfortunately, some of the amenities were just okay. This is definitely not one of those rentals with a personal touch. There was no soap to wash your hands in the kitchen and only a tiny little bar of soap in the bathroom. The parking situation is good (gated lot behind the unit) IF you have the code, but we had the misfortune of being there when the code was changed by building management, and it took a bunch of calls and texts over the course of 18+ hours to try to get the new code. We ultimately got it from a business tenant in the building. I think because we rented via VRBO, and the unit is managed by Vacasa, there were too many middlemen and no one knew who would have the updated information. We paid to park and fortunately did not get ticketed or towed during that time (no street parking anywhere around the unit from 2-6am). I was told I’d be reimbursed, but that was several days ago and I have not been. Also, the check out instructions tell you to take the trash to a trash shed in the alley before you leave. The shed is locked at all times, and there was no key to the shed. It’s all little stuff, and overall the condo was fine, but those are the reasons I did not give 5 stars.

This condo was a great location, near all of the restaurants and shops. Very clean space with everything we needed! (Kitchen, Grille, & Washer/Dryer.)

It's upstairs from a salon one block off main street and includes off street parking! We parked the car when we got there and didn't have to worry about the car until we left as we could walk everywhere. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with the tools we needed. The only complaint I can muster is they were out of pepper! I call that a win!

The positives were great location close to everything in Breckenridge and clean. The negatives were that when we arrived the refrigerator was not working. We immediately called Vacasa management to report the fridge but they were not very responsive. They sent someone to look at the fridge and he said that they would bring a replacement that night, well 3 days later we still had no fridge. On the 3rd day we called VRBO and they connected in Vacassa management on the call. Finally later that day someone arrived with a small college size fridge. That was better than no fridge but it was small and there were no ice trays to make ice. When I asked the gentleman who delivered the fridge if the broken larger fridge would be replaced, he said that was between the owner and the management company. Well a larger/replacement fridge was never delivered (and we were there for 12 days). What really made us mad was that it was obvious that the fridge had not been working prior to our arrival because there was no melted ice cubes in the freezer. Since the apartment units have to be cleaned and maintained between renters, someone must have been aware of the non-working fridge and just decided to ignore it! So most likely the next renter will not have a normal size fridge either. Also the apartment listing says that it has a fireplace. Well it does have a gas fireplace but I could not figure out how to turn it on (and I'm an engineer). I reviewed the directions in the apartment instruction manual/binder mutiple times but still could not find that elusive "black knob on the left". I asked Vacasa management but got no response to this problem, so we had no fireplace for the duration of our 12 day stay. Lastly, a minor negative issue was that the height of the bar stools at the kitchen counter are too small for the countertop height (you feel like a small child sitting there). This apartment unit could have been a "5" but due to the above stated issues and the non-responsiveness of Vacasa management, I cannot in good conscious rate this apartment that high.

This space was so lovely! The balcony and amenities are fantastic. You’ll have everything you need to stay two nights or two weeks. It’s just a short walk to all the restaurants and bars and the mask game here is strong. Everyone is being incredibly safe and I felt like I was at home. I strongly recommend staying here.

The home is very well located and has good space for a family of 4. The large windows make the living space feel like a mountain lodge just a block off main street. We would stay here again.

I rented unit for my son and his wife. Apartment is located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge and yet quite and a beautiful view.

Amazing location. No personal touches such as snacks, dog treats, etc. Clean place. Minimalist. Bed was squeaky and not very comfy. Cleaning fee was a bit pricey and had to pay a dog fee on top of that. Please remember to memorize long 6 digit code to access building afterwards. If you forget your phone you will get locked out (like we did).

Very attentive is there is a problem with unit. They always get back to you. Be aware there is no guaranteed parking and there is a charge to park on the street.

Excellent and informative communications made this very user friendly. This cozy, well-appointed property has everything one might need to have a comfortable stay plus it is located one block off Main Street. It is quiet but near all the action. Great thought has been put into what is provided-for example the bath soap is heavenly. We enjoyed every second here and will be back.
