The cabin has a fantastic view of the mountains, and the hot tub on the deck is an excellent way to watch the sunrise!!

The cabin itself, the location and the view was great!! But it was very unclean. There were cobwebs, dust bunnies and even trash in the floor upon our arrival. The upstairs bathroom shower curtain was molded, we couldn't enjoy the hot tub, because the water stinks, it is in dire need of chlorine. we questioned if the sheets in the downstairs bathroom were clean as the top sheet was halfway down the bed. The bottom dishwasher rack is still broken after someone commented this 2 years ago. Furniture is outdated and is in bad shape. The dresser drawers are broken. The bathtubs were not clean nor were the windows. The upstairs window even had someones cheek prints. (not the face). Their were no dishtowels or dishcloths. The dishes and some pans were put back dirty. The pool table would be nice if it were turned so you could actually shoot some pool. Not sure why you charge a cleaning fee.

Overall our stay was great and the house was clean. We did have a couple issues with the hot tub that were not addressed in a timely manner (48 hours with no response at all). The issues were water levels and dirty water. The upstairs also stayed VERY warm, even whith the thermostat being set on 72° per the owner's note. It actually stayed around 85° upstairs.

The only reason I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1 is the fantastic view that is completely amazing. Otherwise there were more problems with this cabin than it was worth. If the hassle hadn't been so great, we wouldn't have stayed the first night.
The cabin was NOT cleaned properly. The floors were dirty. The sheets on the main floor bed were stained and no king-sized sheets to replace them.
The upstairs toilet is so old that it doesn't flush properly. We had to keep a pot of water by the toilet to make sure it flushed.
The bed upstairs felt like we were sleeping on a bed of rocks and not a mattress. We did NOT sleep well the entire time.
The hot tub was falling apart and well, we felt it wasn't safe to try to use it.... nevermind the ridiculous "hot tub fee" that was added to our bill for an amenity that we didn't even use.
We fixed the broken igniter on the grill- you're welcome. Oh, and the wi-fi router is from 2013. Thankfully, I have the skills to update the firmware, so it was sort of usable. Again, you're welcome. Please keep in mind that sometimes people who stay in your cabins are there for business and when you advertise that you have high-speed internet, you really should have it.
The toaster doesn't work. The microwave sounds like it's dying. And the dishwasher is falling forward out of the receptical.
There are just too many issues to list but I do hope you address them before another family tries to stay there.

We had a wonderful time, and this cabin didn't disappoint. This cabin is beautiful and the layout is perfect. We rented for a weekend get away for my birthday and it was perfect. Me and my daughter was already talking on the way home about renting it again.

This cabin was great for the price. A couple of things I'd say were important to note: The AC is not powerful enough. It does not properly cool the upstairs, and stays HOT in the master bedroom.

There is no soundproofing between the up and downstairs bedrooms. You can talk at normal volume and be heard perfectly. My husband and I traveled with my parents. Use your imagination as to how and why that was awkward.

The toilets are not strong flashers, and it takes several Flushes, even for liquid waste.

The pool sticks are too long for the loft area, and the one short stick is damaged.

Other that that, this place is great. Beautiful view and just 2 miles from the strip. Would stay again, in the fall.

We have been traveling to TN and specifically the Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area now for several years. We decided to try Vacasa and sadly we were HIGHLY disappointed. Upon our arrival after a 12-hour drive, we discovered we had no hot water in our cabin for 5 guests. We promptly called Vacasa to fix the problem, and they never gave us an answer if the situation would be fixed that night or exactly when. We were asked to check the breakers and the pilot light. The water heater was in a dirt filled crawl space and in the very back corner. The property manager also communicated briefly through text message, but again there was no answer on when the problem would be fixed. We had to contact Vacasa again late morning the next day to see when we would have hot water and at that point, we decided to boil water to bathe and continue with our plans since we had a family wedding that day. It was going on 18 hours without hot water and finally a young gentleman came and told us the pilot light was out (simple fix).
As mentioned in previous reviews; there were cobwebs all over, the windows were cloudy and so dirty we could barely see the breathtaking views. Dirt filled the cracks in the wood floors in the upstairs. The upstairs king bed was so uncomfortable and the shower trickled with water making it difficult to shower. We wanted to open the windows for fresh air but there were no screens!! The dishwasher rack was broken, and you only get 1 dish towel. There were also no hot pads for cooking/baking. There were only 4 sets of towels for our party of 5, so I guess it is expected you use your dirty wet hot tub towel to dry off after a shower!!! UNREAL! On day 3 we finally got more towels dropped off, and the lady seemed annoyed.
Communication and hospitality are NOT Vacasa’s priority. We will never stay with them again or recommend. We have also contacted them for a reimbursement for the first night and its going on 1 week with no call. Not surprised!

We loved our vacation to Tennessee and our stay at Cloud Nine. The cabin was wonder, beautifully decorated for Christmas. We loved the hot tub, pool table and jacuzzi. We had trouble controlling the temperature in the house with the upstairs getting too warm, but who expects 65-70 degree weather mid December. No fault of anyones. The house was clean. We will be back.

This is a very comfortable cabin perfect for two couples with king bedrooms, hot tub and deck with beautiful mountain views. Personal touch with seasonal decorations made it special. We safely enjoyed racoon and bear visits during our stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9. I have to say that this was one o the cleanest vacation rentals that we have ever rented. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and were even provided with two dishwasher tabs and two clothes washer pods. The trees are now a bit larger than shown in the photo above, but there is still a lovely view and the feeling is completely private. Community pool was nice, but note that it is closed on Tuesdays.

Loved my stay at the Cloud Nine cabin. Check-in was quick and easy. Had access to a representative at any time, just call away. The cabin is spacious and comfortable with an amazing view of the Smoky mountains. The beds and amenities were also great. It may need a little upkeeping with the spider webs and the shower curtain had mildew on it and they do not have late check-out but besides that, loved my stay there and I’ll definitely stay at this cabin again.

The cabin was great. Clean, beautiful view. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of walking and hiking. Three small things, the paper towels and the toilet paper where terrible quality. So if you stay here just be sure to bring your own. The beds weren’t terrible but totally worn. The upstairs bed was super uncomfortable so we ended up staying downstairs. Besides that, great place with an amazing view!

This cabin was amazing! Very clean and homey! The views from the balcony and upstairs loft were incredible! The only issue we had was with the fireplace, it quit working because the pilot light went out. I did call customer service and a technician was out within 30 min to solve the issue. Great customer service! The cabin was also in a perfect location, close to all attractions, but secluded enough to feel like we were relaxing in a cabin in the woods. Highly recommend!

Check in was an hour late due to cleaning not having been done yet. During this time we called Vacasa twice and the representatives rudely informed us that there was no way they would know anything because they are in other states and offered no assistance. The cabin was great, fantastic view, great TV setup, bathroom floors need replacing. While it is nice to offer, I would not recommend leaving unpackaged Tidepods on top of the washer due to safety reasons with kids. Luckily found them before my kids did. Overall nice but would probably stay somewhere else next time that wasn’t in such close proximity to all the other cabins.

We were highly disappointed in the cabin.

The kitchen is old and out of date. There is no garbage disposal and the dishwasher is loud and the lower rack is broken. Additionally, the stove is old and appeared dirty. The dishes and pots and pans are of poor quality. There was only one dish towel, no dishcloths, and no pot holders.

The cabin lacks adequate lighting. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are very dark.

The mattress in the upstairs bedroom is very uncomfortable.

We were unable to use the television cable for the four days we stayed in the cabin.

The view from the home is beautiful as long as your on the deck. The filthy windows ruin seeing the view from inside the home. While everything inside the home works, besides the fireplace, it is old. Be sure to bring smaller pots and pans as there are only two hUGE pots and two HUGE pans. Bring your own pillows also. For the amount of money we spent I wasn’t impressed. We stayed in this same cabin 12 years ago and it was very clean and well maintained. Will not be returning with Vacasa

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our youngest took up pool while we were there. Nice size space for our family of five with great views and even had sometime seeing how beautiful the mountains can be with the fog drifting around. Great location.

Beautiful view and overall cabin! The only downside is that the kitchen cookware and utensils are very old and not in good shape. The place was clean but not “overly clean.”

The floors were dusty and not well swept, there was a discarded cup of soda in the loft, chairs in deck were very wobbly and some of the railing was damaged making it a hazard for my toddler.

Most everything was great. 2 small issues the remotes to the TV's were complex (no instructions), main tv did not work (replaced by maintenance) and there was very limited closet space.

The view was incredible, the cabin is beautiful. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the pillows, they are flat and they also need extra pillow cases for the extra pillows.
