This cabin had some of the best views of the area! The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Cable TV was provided and the hot tub was awesome!

The cabin was clean, safe and the views were beautiful. Really have no complaints about the cabin or the area it was located. Just an important note, bring any and all spices, salt and pepper, toilet paper, extra paper towels. That’s the only thing we didn’t expect to have to get

This cozy cabin was just the right amount of space for two of us. The hot tub was a wonderful treat after our long hikes in the mountains. A little more counter/shelf space in the bathroom would have been nice, since we were there for a week, but we made it work just fine. The location seemed to be just perfectly situated between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg--close enough that restaurants and attractions were just a short drive away, yet up and away from all the traffic and noise. We enjoyed our time there very much!

Beautiful place and scenery! No issues. Only thing it didn't supply other than a Hotel room was no shampoo. Also if you use the washer, bring own detergent. Great grill and hot tub.

I enjoyed my stay overall…however, I think the cleaning staff leaves a little to be desired. I had late checkout but they showed up a normal checkout time…not an issue because I purchased it late. However, they did not have any cleaning supplies. They on had a bag containing paper towels and toilet paper. It did not appear that planned on actually cleaning the cabin.

Great cabin! Great location for enjoying The Great Smokey National Park!! The cabin was clean, floors could have used a good cleaning but the kitchen, bathroom and bedding were very clean and the hot tub was very clean as well. The only issue we had was the gas grill did not work and had been used as an ash tray…. I specifically looked for a cabin with a grill and took food to cook and then had to pack it back home …overall a great place and the view from the deck was awesome!

I have mixed reviews on this cabin.
The view was beautiful. It was a nice group of lodging, not difficult to get to. Felt very safe. Had quiet time from 11p-7 am. The cabin was nice. Could stand a thorough cleaning. In corners and baseboards, lots of dust, dirt and grime. Could tell that quick cleanings are done just to make way for the next guest.
The fold out couch was terrible. Not sufficient for sleep, they usually aren’t. Thank goodness I had brought a quality air mattress. No way to cover the doors to the deck so The people sleeping in that living room area could keep it a little more bedroom like. The chair in the living room has stains all over the seat. The chairs on the deck are about worn out and one is actually broken where the seat connects to the frame.
My guess by how they looked was blankets and bedspread are not washed between customers.
I think for what it costs to rent, those things should be standard and not unreasonable to expect.

The cabin has a nice view, it was clean, no bugs and the air conditioning worked. The location is quite close to the Parkway and at the southern end of Pigeon Forge so it was convenient to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Park. However, the cabin is older and in some need of updating. For example, the grill looked unusable, the TV in the bedroom did not work, one deck chair was partially broken and both chairs are in a dire need of painting. The deck also was in need of staining. The upper windows need a good cleaning. The appliances are a bit dated. Since the cabin is right along the resort road, the cars going by could be clearly heard especially since many were not abiding by the 15 MPH resort speed limit. All things considered it was nice visit to the Smokies.

Also, Vacasa kept us updated very well with the reservation and beyond.

We really loved this house and the charm that it has. Wood all over the house makes it very cozy and has its own vibe. Hot tub is a big plus. Getting in and out of the house was very easy. Liked the view. Very peaceful. Looking forward to go back again

Plenty of cob webs all around, which under normal circumstances, no big deal, but during a time when extra cleaning is expected, it obviously wasn’t done. I’m sorry, but you asked.......

This cabin had an excellent view. The cabin came with most essentials that you would need for your stay. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness when we arrived. It didn't appear that anyone had swept the floors under the tables or furniture.

My wife and I took two of our grandsons (ages 8 and 6) for a weekend getaway. The cabin was perfect for all of us. The adults loved the view and location. The kids loved the pool table and the hot tub! Very clean and just the right size! Thank you!

The location is perfect. The view amazing. Even though the other cabins are close, you feel secluded nestled in the trees. It is cozy but spacious, clean, bright and rustic. Vacasa is responsive. We played pool, used the hot-tub, grilled out, hiked nearby, went to local winery and picked our own berries. Even without all of these wonderful aspects, the views alone made it worth it. Because I want everyone else to have a PERFECT stay, I will share our two small issues and one large. The first small issue is we were given the wrong code to enter, no biggie, we sat on the beautiful porch waiting to get ahold of the operator and she fixed it immediately and courteously. The second small issue was the coffee situation. The coffee maker is missing the grounds holder. We had to use a filter without the basket leaving a mess to clean each day. Again no biggie, I just thought you would want to know. The big thing, which has been mentioned elsewhere on this site. Please invest in a better mattress, It is ridiculous. One side literally squeaks unbelievably and it is terribly old, lumpy and uncomfortable.

We loved the fact that we didn’t have to check in and just do everything on our phone. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. My husband who’s 6’4 was hanging off and ended up sleeping on the couch the rest of our stay. They had everything you needed in there but coffee. I mean a vacuum, fan, laundry supplies, and stuff to clean your kitchen. You figured some cheap coffee. Other then that the place was beautiful. Well kept and will definitely visit again. Can’t beat the view we had. Could see the snow on top of the mountain...... be back soon will the rest of the tribe.

Nice,clean, simple home,has everything need. The location is perfect. We enjoyed our stay. Very cozy. The furniture upstairs in loft was a little dated . The hot tub disappointing due to heating eliminate not heating to par. But did not ruin trip . Was all around a great trip and cabin. Don’t let the hot tub change your mind. Those things happen. Can not control the timing of something going out or breaking down. I recommend this cabin.

The location was great, the cabin was clean and had all the amenities, but other companies I have stayed with offered ticket discounts or free tickets or meal vouchers on their app. Also the pool at the resort was very small and easily over crowded. I have 2 small children and a young boys baseball team took over the entire pool and made it dangerous for my 2. I understand that this is not the resorts fault but the pool just wasn’t large enough to accommodate such a large resort.

I had some difficulty locating my cabin. Some of the correspondence had the wrong address. I called and found it. Two minor things: one of the chairs had a broken cross bar. Also the ice maker does not turn off. It just keeps making ice. The freezer was overrun with ice. It did not present a problem for us. Overall it's a great place to vacation. I would recommend it.

Everything went so well, from check in to leaving. I really enjoy gettin an email with the key code, rather than having to go to a check in desk. Cabin was absolutely perfect!!! We will be back!
