This cabin was really great for what we needed, but there were some areas that could use some improvement. The carpet for one is dated and ripped entering the bedroom.

Our stay at Lance’s Loft was amazing! The cabin was quaint, clean and centrally located. The view from the balcony overlooking the mountains was beautiful and way the sun came into the cabin through the floor to ceiling windows was amazing. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Lance’s Loft.

We loved everything about it. It was very clean. Nice and cozy. The jacuzzi needed a little attention but other than that everything else great! We loved it and will come to stay again.

The views were amazing! The cabin was nice but had several items broken and missing. A few chairs in the kitchen were broken and had several missing kitchen items. Could use a TLC.

The view from our room was beautiful and we had an awesome time in Pigeon Forge. The cabin itself was beautiful. However, we were on our honeymoon. We had to leave a day early because the bed was so uncomfortable we couldn’t even sleep in it. When we laid on the bed, you could feel the springs in your back and there were lumps all throughout the bed. If the bed was comfortable, we would have been happy. However, when we communicated this with staff, they said they contacted the owner and we never heard back from them. The jacuzzi tub in the bedroom also didn’t work. We were not happy with our stay and the lack of comfort and help from staff.

The cabin has a great view of the mountains and we enjoyed our stay. The pool table pockets are broken, as well as the pool sticks. The bathroom appears to have black mold on the walls. There is a water leak right inside the bedroom door (not sure where the water is coming from) leaving the carpet soaked. For as much as we paid to enjoy "a cabin in the mountains" I think next time we will just stay in a hotel.

From start to finish we felt like we owned our own cabin in the mountains. Amazing view!! Eventhough there were neighboring cabins it still felt private. We will be back, thank you

Beautiful views and cabin. However, it’s such a sad thing to try to relax on the porch and have a very loud window AC unit running. Also, the AC doesn’t seem to be able to keep up and we sometimes got hot in the cabin. Cabin does have some beautiful views!

This cabin was awesome! Plenty of room for a family of 5 and great great views! Our friends next door had no view so we felt grateful. I would suggest adding a broom to the list of amenities and maybe put some hangers in the closet but all in all this place was worth every penny!

I could write a book on the view from this cabin. We could never have dreamt of a better cabin view, and we were in awe of ours. Besides the extraordinary views, the cabin was stocked with everything we could have needed, it was clean, spacious, and we really felt at home. As we were leaving, we were discussing when we could slip away for another trip to our new favorite place on earth! We could never say "thank you" enough!

We love the location of this cabin in this gated community. It's close enough to the Pigeon Forge strip but far enough way you feel like you're in the mountains. The view is breathtaking from the spacious balcony. There is a 3-person hot tub on the balcony and 4 rocking chairs.

If you're staying here, plan to bring many of your own kitchen items. There are basic silverware utensils and a knife block. There was no turning spatula so we had to purchase on at the local store. There is a colander, couple of mixing bowls, and a couple of pans. We missed a cutting board and baking sheet. There is a coffee pot, mixer, can opener, and toaster. The stove is electric and difficult to cook on because the burners are tilted. There was a dust pan but no broom. The washer and dry worked great. The living room furniture is comfy.

The loft is spacious and a great place for kids to stay. Our kids opted to sleep on air mattresses instead of the pull out couch and both mattresses fit comfortably in the loft along with the pool table.

There is NO Wi-Fi at Lance's Loft so be prepared for that. We spent a lot of time playing games and enjoying the view. We saw 1 bear during our stay. We enjoyed the cabin and our week away.

I'll start out by saying this cabin has an incredible view and had all of the amenities mentioned in the pictures/description (minus Netflix). The issues with this property came from the entire cabin smelling strongly of cigarette smoke, as well as ashes in the hot tub. When you pay a "Hot Tub Cleaning Fee", you expect the hot tub to be cleaned. We called Vacasa customer service about the smoke smell and they offered to amend the situation by telling us to go buy air fresheners at the store. The prior renters breaking the rules now became our chore. There were empty beer bottles behind the hot tub, a couple of clumps of hair here and there on the carpet, and broken pool cues that we were afraid we would be charged for. A repairman/plumber made an unannounced visit looking for a hose and took it upon himself to walk around the side and back of the house searching for one, really taking away from any sense of privacy we had. We wanted to love this cabin, and would have overlooked one or two things here and there, but there were just too many issues/stressors present during our stay. For the price there are better cabins out there. We would not recommend this property and the customer service from Vacasa left much to be desired.

The location of the cabin was excellent & the cabin was very clean and well kept. However, there is no internet, so if you plan on taking your Apple TV & binge watching your favorite show like we did, you will not be able to do that. Overall, it was still a very nice experience from start to finish!

I enjoyed everything about our stay scepter they should have the code for the gated lock somewhere in the kitchen like the table or refrigerator! Every place I've ever stayed at before was able to do this. I don't understand why this place did not. Apparently it was on my last email which was on my phone which did not have internet when I came back to the cabin at 1 am and could not get in! That was the only problem I had with the place, I had to call the reservation office and he was able to pull up my last email and thankfully we got back in.
