Take in breathtaking sunsets and distant Sierra peaks from the west-facing decks. Inside, soaring ceilings and walls of windows flood the open-concept main level with natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for group meals, featuring two sinks, a gas cooktop, new electric double oven, and ample counter space. The dining table seats 10, with two additional spots at the breakfast bar. Extend the fun to the wet bar area with beverage fridge, or retreat to the private back deck with peaceful garden and forest views.
The primary bedroom is just off the great room, featuring a cozy sitting area, remote-controlled gas fireplace, and jetted tub ensuite for the ultimate in relaxation.
Downstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms, including a teen-friendly bunk room with TV, games, and covered deck. Stream your favorite shows or enjoy Spectrum cable in the great room, primary suite, and bunk room. Connect your Bluetooth device to the soundbar for a perfect night in. Need more fun? Head to the garage loft with ping-pong table and plenty of storage for your outdoor gear.

THINGS TO KNOW
• Please note: This home allows a maximum of 8 adults; however 4 additional children can be included comfortably.
• No pets or smoking allowed anywhere on the property at this vacation rental .
• Download the Northstar Village Transit app on your smartphone for seasonal shuttle service to the Village, Recreation Center or Golf Course.
• Parking: 2 vehicles in the garage plus up to 5 more on the driveway. Motorhomes prohibited.
• Active wildlife area. Do not leave food, wrappers, coolers or trash in garage or on decks. Dispose of trash at the NPOA dumpsters off Northstar Drive between Basque and the Ridgeline Dr./Castle Peak Parking traffic circle. (An NPOA guest keycard is required for entry.) At check-out, you may leave trash bags in the kitchen.
• Security cameras: Two outside cameras monitor the garage door and front door areas.
• Placer County prohibits BBQs or open flames of any kind for Short Term Rental guests.
• Winter: 4WD/traction may be required in winter. Be aware of icy driveway conditions and snow falling from the roof. Street parking is not allowed due to snow-plow. Stay alert to road conditions and snow chain requirements.
• Summer: As with most mountain homes, there is central air conditioning, as well as ceiling and table fans. Fireplace is disabled in summer months.
• Internet/Electricity: Weather and safety-related interruptions are beyond our control. Routine maintenance, snow storms, high winds and fire prevention measures may affect service.
• Martis Valley view includes a view of Highway 267 and the lightly used Truckee Tahoe Airport.
