There are plenty of trails for biking and hiking and the most popular is the Hammond Trail, which extends five and a half miles from the Mad River to Clam Beach. Clam Beach, another must-visit, is five and a half miles away and is the ideal location for beachcombing, surf fishing, clamming, hiking, riding horses and picnicking.
