Floors were so dirty we couldn’t walk in our white socks, pool and spa heater was broken, dishwasher leaked, dryer vent was clogged, and it took Vacasa half our stay to fix our issues.

The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Unfortunately our family vacation was far from that. Upon arrival we noticed things were missing and broken. The grill was missing but all the tools were there for it, the dishwasher was broken, microwave handle was broken, bathroom light didn’t work, no batteries in the remotes, air turned off downstairs at night, lounge chair outside was missing a leg, and the projector was broken. I reached out to vacasa and the next day the property manager showed up. She gave us a nice song and dance and promised these issues would be fixed. The following day I woke up to a large size cockroach in my bedroom upstairs and let’s just say that was the beginning of the nightmare. My family spent 7 days killing cockroaches and trying to get help. I spoke with someone at vrbo, sent them videos and pictures and she said this was considered a small issue and that they couldnt handle it, Vacasa would have to. Since when did cockroaches become normal?! The whole house was infested, especially under the refrigerator. They were crawling on my sons epilepsy medicine. Vacasa said they would send an exterminator which never happened nor was anything fixed in the house. The property manager refused to return our phone calls. It’s clear they don’t care and I wouldn’t want someone else to have the same vacation from hell that my family experienced.

The dishwasher is working, the microwave has been replaced, the bathroom light has been repaired, the batteries in the remotes have been replaced, the broken pool lounge chair was removed, and the projector is working properly. Our notes show that pest control treatment was completed the day after the pest issue was reported. Please know that the comfort and satisfaction of our guests is our priority and the experience you had is certainly not commonplace, nor is it indicative of our level of service. While we do know that it doesn't remedy your negative experience, we hope that the compensation provided alleviated some of the stress and inconvenience that you experienced. Overall the house was clean and pretty much as advertised. We did have a few issues such as the ping pong table in the "game room" / single car garage was on it's side and broken & it was not clear to me that heating of the hot tub can only be done if you also pay to heat the pool. Also the projector screen upstairs did not fill the entire screen (about half of it) and it was not clear how to maximize the viewing size. Lastly we called Vacasa when we checked in to report some of these issues and they never called back. It was close to the Disney parks and the neighborhood pool was nice as it had a grill and bar in it.

This was a great house, it was large and more than enough space for us. The Solterra resort amenities were fantastic. The reason it didn’t get 4/5 stars is: We had 4 adults and 4 young children and found the kitchen was fairly empty and cooking meals was difficult (ie. one sheet pan only). We paid for 7 days of pool heating and it took two days for the management company to turn on the pool heating, which was also disappointing. Some of the beds were squeaky/not perfect. At this price point we would have expected a bit more in terms of furnishings. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and think a bit of money to upgrade and add some things could go a long way in making the house more comfortable for guests.

We loved the resort amenities as well as the house itself - the pool and spa were perfect after a long day of fun in the sun. Great location, clean rooms with comfy beds and plenty of space for everyone!

I loved that it had enough room for us and that it was so open. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was so clean. The only thing we had to do was add the heated pool.. hot tub was amazing.. had plenty of towels like I had asked. Needed to share the living room remote for one of the bedrooms, but no big deal.. also no top piece that holds the detergent in to the dishwasher , but again no big deal.. The bathrooms were so nice and the place was decorated tastefully. I would definitely come back and stay here..

My family enjoyed this beautiful home. Very spacious rooms and they enjoyed the pool.
My only complaint is that you need to inspect the home after your cleaning service has finished. They pack the leftover trash from the last tenant outside with no bags and food was everywhere. Not inviting to come to and finally my family bagged it so it would reduce the insects at the front door.
The area is very nice and can believe how other peoples property is treated.
Other than that I will return for a future visit.

House was as advertised Great Price and the Clubhouse was great. Others have reviewed and complained about the bunkbed ladder being broken. It has been repaired but in my opinion in a less than acceptable professional way. The chaise lounges in the pictures are all broken... and I presume not replaced yet due to COVID. All in all I would stay there again and enjoyed the house. I will also point out that housekeepers should pay more attention to detail. My 11 year old found an unused in the wrapper (thank goodness) condom in the couch in the family room.

We only stayed a short time, but we loved this property. It was very spacious, very clean and very comfortable! The only negative was that the pool was a bit small for our crew. Also the bunk beds were damaged beyond repair and quite dangerous. So we had to keep the kiddos from entering that room. But it would not stop us from returning!

Very nicely decorated and clean. My family enjoyed our little vacation. There were a few minor maintenance issues....a leaky toilet upstairs, broken toilet flush handle downstairs and broken bunk bed ladder which did not affect our stay much! We had a great time and would definitely book this house in the future!

Home was clean and in great condition!we loved the pool at the house and the clubhouse witg pool and waterslide which we could walk to! Within 30 minutes of all amusement parks and the airport.

This home was extraordinary.... It was very spacious and had everything we could have imagined.The property manager was very helpful and responded very quickly to our concerns. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an upscale 6-bedroom home with plenty of space!!!
