Really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect getaway place for kids and adults! The amenities at the property make it great for stays anytime of year. Easy checkin, clean unit. Everything as expected. Will certainly book again.

I traveled with my husband and our 4 kids and this place was great. The location, direct beach access, indoor/outdoor pool, kiddie pool, playground, sauna, were all amazing! If I could change anything, it would be the bed in the master bedroom. It was SO uncomfortable! I yearned to be back home and feel like I rushed the vacation along because of how much backþbody pain I ended up having. Other than that, the view from the condo/master BR was incredible. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if the mattresses are upgraded.

I loved the location, first floor near pool. We could easily use the stairs. We had a great view of the pool and when doors were closed, you could not hear any noise. The little touches of kitchen kit, soaps in the bathrooms was great. We had a maintenance issues, handyman came quickly and was polite, professional and fixed the problem with little disruption of our trip. I would recommend this condo and plan on booking it again.

We really enjoyed the condo. Everything we needed was there, beach is convenient, drug stores, grocery store and liquor store across the street. Will definitely come back!

Came down for SuperBowl Sunday (2 couples)! Amazing condo with ample room! Nice size LR TV, bedrooms were roomy, nice bathrooms, etc! Kitchen was very nice and the open layout was perfect to cook and still Party! TVs all have excellent cable TV programming. Only thing needed was an electrical can opener lllol! Other than that the place was perfect and we will book again!

The place was nice, however the beds were so uncomfortable. All of our backs were hurting. It’s a shame to spend so much money and have it be so uncomfortable.

We loved the location-1st floor, near everything! The view was great. Managing direct TV was a challenge for us. My only suggestion is a handicap bar in the shower for us seniors. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was very comfortable. Yes we would return. Enjoyed it very much.

I am giving this a 4 for the property’s proximity to the beach! It’s very convenient to be able to take the elevator one flight down to the beach. However, the property needs some loving care. There were some things, like a kitchen faucet not attached to the countertop, hook missing from bathroom door and dirty oven, that should have been taken care of in between renters.

The condo was in a perfect location with gorgeous ocean view from balcony. The building is very nice with beautiful pools and other amenities. The condo was super clean and comfortable. The sofa in the small den was a perfect spot for my teenage son to claim as a hangout/sleep spot. I do have issues with Vacasa however! The check-in email I received said that bed linens were provided but NOT blankets or comforters. So at the last minute we took comforters off our beds and barely got them into our already packed car. I had never heard of blankets not being available at any rentals before. But once we arrived we saw that there were plenty available for use in the unit! We didn't need to take them. Also, the wifi did not work. My husband needed to make work zoom calls so that was a big issue. There was no way to reach Vacasa for help except thru email which was not answered. No emergency numbers were provided in our confirmation, their website, nor were any posted inside the unit. Thankfully I found someone in the building who kindly came to the rescue. The unit itself is lovely and I highly recommend it, but Vacasa needs better customer service!

The great thing about this place is that it's only one flight of stairs and a short walk to the beach. No need to use the elevator, which is a big plus when you're trying to social distance. Although we didn't use the shared amenities due to Covid-19 (pool, playground, etc), they were very close by. Location is fantastic.
Some more pros:
-has a Keurig coffee maker
-has a washer and dryer, but note that they are not inside the unit, they are outside the front door in a closet
-lots of sleeping options, both couches are pullout beds and then of course the two regular beds as well.
-kitchen is fairly well-stocked with dishes and utensils. Be aware that the can opener doesn't work properly and there is only one cookie sheet. There is salt but no pepper.
-the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned. We found someone else's phone charger plugged into the wall. There was blood on the shower curtain and bathmat. (We called about this and someone came out to replace both within 5 hours.) The owner's closet full of supplies and food was left unlocked. Many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The wifi instructions were incorrect as someone had reset them back to the defaults (so if this has not been fixed, look at the bottom of the router to get the info necessary to get on).
-waay too much furniture crammed into a small space. Be aware that the pictures make the space look much larger than it is. We moved some furniture around as otherwise it would have been way too difficult to walk around (and we just had 3 adults and 2 small children).

Unit was fair for the price, location is great. Check-in was super-easy and I liked their system. The $40 parking fee only includes one parking space which is different than the info we were given (were told we'd have 2 spaces for $40). The unit DOES NOT have its own washer and dryer, they are shared and located outside in the hallway. You need a key to access it which we didn't receive until late the 4th afternoon of our 5 day stay (several emails and calls later), and we still couldn't use them as someone else had their laundry in the machines the entire rest of the time we were there. Condo is as pictured, but could have been cleaned better. Nice to have four tv's if you need them, but several remotes had missing or dead batteries. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen has the essentials, looked clean but messy/unorganized.

The property, condo, and view were great. The staff at the property were very nice. It was great to be so close to the beach and have such a great view of the beach from the living room and balcony. It was wonderful to have linens and towels included. The only downside was the kitchen did not have a working can opener and was not quite as well stocked as other places we’ve stayed.

We were the first renters after the ban was lifted due to COVID-19. It was unfortunate that the owner didn’t ensure that all was in working order before our arrival. We were asked to turn the water on and let it run for 15 minutes. It wasn’t until later that we realized we had no hot water. Lori with Vacasa was fantastic to help us immediately. She came to the condo late in the evening, called maintenance, and had the issue resolved that night. Also, the wi-Fi connection wouldn’t connect, and after many texts to Lori, she was able to get an answer from the owner who said it was the buildings issue. Needless to say, that didn’t help us at all and we never connected to wi-Fi.

Despite the issues we had, the condo is very nice, and the beds are comfortable. I would stay here again if I was assured there are no problems with hot water and the wi-Fi works, and anything else for that matter.

Since the owner went through the trouble to provide such a beautiful condo, it would be great if she followed up with any issues there could be before someone’s arrival.
