What a perfect condo! Super clean & had everything we needed. Gorgeous location. We were surprised by how many nice restaurants are in the area. The property manager proactive reached out a couple of times & promptly answered our questions. Highly recommend this property. We cannot wait to come back in ski season.

Located on the slopes. Just click in your skis and hop on Easy Street chair lift. From there, you can ride all the slopes. The place is the absolute nicest place in the building. Everything is updated and nice. Close to restaurants in Banner Elk.

We thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful, well maintained cozy condo. The kitchen was amazing & the living area was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed relaxing each evening in your condo after hiking in the mountains. The King bed was VERY comfortable & provided a good nights rest each night. The location was outstanding! We will strongly consider a return trip soon.

Me and my "framily" absolutely loved this renovated/updated chalet! It was clean, in good condition and we never felt unsafe. Even during the month of September the views and nature of Sugar Mountain would be perfect for anyone. I am super thankful that I was able to find this rental for a quick getaway! We plan on coming back next year.

Liked the location. Near Grandfather Mt., Otter Falls, Wilderness Alpine Coaster, and Cahn Bay Vietnamese restaurant.

The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The kitchen island is comfortable for breakfasting. Had we had our fifth family member along we would have preferred to have a card table to set up for dinner inside or out-of-doors. The deck is roomy with a wonderful view but should probably be rebuilt in few years time (due to its height and age).

AC functioned well and the bathrooms are new. I wish the grout on the bathroom floor was cleaner.

Costs $20 for a day of tennis on site. You can ride the ski lift up and down for $15/person. Saw many mountain bikers doing this.

We really want to keep this place a secret!

Steps from Easy Street slope, we skied down to the lift in the morning and caught the last lift up in the evening skiing almost back to our front door.

Interior decor was clean and modern. Suspect it was recently renovated. Showers are hot and kitchen was fully equipped. The fire was idyllic.

In town, Bella’s Italian Restaurant and Elevations for upscale dining are highly recommended too.

Sugar Mountain is an adequate enough challenge for beginner and intermediate skiers but avoid it when snowmaking is in progress or wait till its done because its a man made blizzard during it.

We will definitely return to this chalet.
