For families and big groups, there's lots of places for people to tuck into their own space. The main floor houses one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom just next door. The lowest floor hosts one queen bedroom and the bunk room (with one twin bed over the full bed), with one full bathroom just down the hall. The top floor houses the master bedroom, complete with an en suite bathroom and soaking tub right in the bedroom. There's room for everyone to have their own snowy cabin experience.

Spend some time outdoors taking a hikes or fish for trout in the streams of the Smoky Mountains National Park just ten-and-a-half miles away. On your way there or back, stop in Pigeon Forge to tour the famous Alcatraz East Crime Museum, just four miles away.

The Holly Berry is absolutely beautiful and so convenient to everything. It had all that we needed and everyone enjoyed their time whether they were in the hot tub, playing pool, enjoying thr porch or just relaxing in one of the comfortable beds. If we weren't out and about we were great with staying in. Thank you for making our vacation stress free!!

It was a beautiful home, my kids loved it. The only down fall was that the upstairs whirlpool tub leaked into the second floor bath room.

Great communication with Vicassa. We were given the code and go ahead to check in earlier than expected. the house looked good at arrival, however, during the initial walkthrough, a few things, no toilet paper holder in the main level bathroom, the toilet in the lower bathroom wouldn't flush by using the handle, the tank lid had to be removed and the flapper actuated by hand, which the children using that bathroom couldn't accomplish. My socks collected a lot of hair and debris from walking in the master bathroom and bedroom, and it was obvious that the floor hadn't been properly swept before we got there, The information on the Wi-fi sheet was inaccurate, and before the staff got back in in contact, which was never we found the correct password on the router.
We had an awesome vacation despite the small IN convinces, but we may have to consider a different property management company next time as well

We loved the location, the decor was nice.
Cabin beds in bad need of updating none were comfortable, the lower level beds had springs that stuck through, I didn't know box springs were a thing anymore. we had guests leave early due to the lack of sleep.
The plumbing fixtures as well are ancient and need to be updated as well as the appliance, dishwasher did not clean very well, and the refrigerator made a lot of noise.

When we first checked in we quickly found out the the floor was very dirty so we did not allow the children to take their shoes off in the house and we mopped the floors in the bathrooms ourselves. We also reported that there were several light bulbs out, missing a cable box on one of the tv's and the dishwasher didn't work. We called the Sunday and our call went to voice mail.... message was not returned. We called Monday and again it went to voice mail.... we called again and was able to report our issues. They replaced the cable box. We called again to report the dishwasher, the light bulbs were not so critical,... nothing. We called the next day....nothing. We called the next day. nothing. We called again Thursday. I spoke to a very kind representative and explained that my niece had a tracheotomy and as a result slept with the use of a ventilator. I was concerned that the debris, soap and water standing and by this time smelling could have some serious bacterial issues for her and they elevated the issue to a medical issue which apparently does require action. Although all they could do is suction out the standing water and wipe out the interior of the dishwasher.
Overall the cabin itself is fine but for what the guests are paying in service fees and for cleaning it is VERY poorly maintained. Communication is poor and although the cabin has some wear and tear issues I would consider to be acceptable the cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable and the repair service was very very poor. I guess if you don't have a medical issue you don't get repairs at all.

The cabin was so clean, and fully stocked and in great working order. It was amazing for our hosting of our family getaway, and the perfect way for my husband and I to spend our 5th wedding anniversary! I would highly recommend this cabin and using vacasa for all your cabin or vacation needs! We were all very pleased!!!

The location of the cabin is central to all the activities we wanted to do. The cabin has plenty of room. The only problem was there were haired all over the bathroom and the grill was unusable until I gave it a cleaning.

Clean Cabin, lots of cooking utensils, plenty of seating outside. Perfect for a group of 7-9 people. Anything over that amount can still work but will be more cramped.

The Cabin was clean and well organized. Everyone was really happy with the look of the cabin. There is no amazing view as in other cabins we have been to but we knew that before arriving. If we had an issue someone was there immediately to solve it. The only complain I would have is that the mattress in the main floor is very uncomfortable. That mattress must be changed. Everyone said that they would go back because it was close to everything.

Holly Berry Cabin was nice and spacious. The kitchen was nicely supplied with basic cooking essentials and more. I was surprised to find a crockpot and a pancake griddle which was a plus. The gas grill worked well for us which was convenient as well. It was also nice to see the home supplied with plenty of toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels, sponge, dish soap and dishwasher detergent which was extremely convenient.
The location of the home was great. Close enough to everything. We enjoyed our time here.
I would give it 5 stars but we had a couple of issues. The main floor bedroom sheets were dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. We had no issues with the rest of the bedrooms, which were clean and beds were comfortable. Another issue was the main floor tub spa was constantly running when it wasn’t being used and there was no way to shut it off. It only became a problem at night because it made a lot a noise. I contacted management regarding the dirty bed sheets and they responded quickly. I didn’t contact them regarding the second issue.

The cabin was exactly as pictured. It was a great size for 7 people. We had issues with the hot tub which was dissapointing because we were looking forward to using it but we still really liked the cabin and would recommend without reservation. The only other dissapointment was there was no mountain view. Also, the furniture was a bit dusty, but everything else seemed really clean.
