Park on the second and third floor. Guests may purchase a 2nd parking pass for $15 plus tax, valid for their entire stay year round except for restricted stay dates. These dates are set by the HOA and are subject to change.

Beautiful view…. The condo was exceptionally clean. We loved having two bathrooms. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The chairs on the patio were high so we could see over the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view. We hope to return again.

This vacation home was absolutely perfect for my family, we traveled with 4 children ages 9 to 3months! We had enough room for everyone, the kids loved the bunk beds and my toddler loved the pull of sofa bed. The balcony over looking the pool and beach was so serene. We will definitely book here again.

After driving 1,100 miles it isn't too much to expect to have a clean condo to arrive at. Our condo was filthy despite needing to wait longer for the room to be cleaned.
The dishes had to be washed before they could be used. The dishwasher leaked all over the floor. There were potato chips IN the master bed and on the floor...used bath towels were in the master bath AND cigar butts were stomped out and left on the balcony.
I have been coming to PCB on vacation for over 25 years at this point...a quarter of a freaking century...and this was the worst room I have ever stayed in. It was a shame because this was just a trip for myself and my kid whom is 14. I shouldn't have to clean to make a stay acceptable for her. We will not be back to this location.

Beautiful view from the balcony and the patio furniture was nice! The unit was clean but outdated. Carpet in the living room and bedroom was not good. The sliding glass door does not lock but really wasn't a concern since we were on the 10th floor.

Great place to stay. The room was great plenty of room for all of us 3 adults and 3 kids. Only draw back is they only allow one car per condo. No matter if you have a one BR or a 3 br. You could pay $20 a day to park close to hotel or you must drive 15 miles down the road to park in an open garage .
