The on-site amenities at Seychelles include two pools, one with a connected pool spa, a sun deck, and a fitness center.
This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is less than a mile from your front door. You'll also find Schooner's, Panama City Beach's last local beach club, right next door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles drive with shopping, attractions, and big name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional all-ages attractions, both WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away, while Gulf World is where you can get hands-on with dolphins and other marine animals.

Parking Notes: Seychelles parking rules:
One parking pass is provided by Vacasa. It will be left in your unit on the counter. Please do not park on the FIRST FLOOR; due to handicap and owner parking. Park on the second and third floor.
Guests may purchase a 2nd parking pass for $15 plus tax, valid for their entire stay year round except for restricted stay dates. These dates are set by the HOA and are subject to change.
Parking passes are restricted to ONE (1) per unit during the following periods—
o Thursday, May 27, 2021 – Sunday, May 30, 2021
o Saturday, June 12, 2021 – Friday, July 30, 2021
o Thursday, September 2, 2021 – Sunday September 5, 2021
o Thursday, October 14, 2021 –Sunday, October 17, 2021
