Once you walk into your beachfront escape, you'll fall in love with the spacious floor plan directly overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. To the right is the bunk room featuring bunk beds (full-size on the bottom, twin on top), a closet, its own bathroom, and a washer/dryer. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and living room, which features an upgraded queen sleeper sofa and a 65-inch HDTV. Head out the doors to the private balcony, where you can enjoy spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The gulf-front main bedroom features a king-size bed, a 55-inch HDTV, a private bathroom, and its own access to the balcony. HDTV service and free WiFi are provided.
You need only head two floors down to reach the white sand beach. A private locked room just outside the front door offers storage for all your beach gear and toys, and reservations between March and October come with complimentary beach service (dual padded lounge chairs and an umbrella). You'll have direct access to the amenities offered by the Tidewater Beach Resort, which include crystal-clear swimming pools (two outdoor and one heated indoor), hot tubs and a sauna for relaxation, a well-equipped fitness room to help you stay in shape, and a BBQ area equipped with charcoal grills! There is an on-site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You'll also be located within a mile of Gulf World and within walking distance (0.6 miles) of Pier Park for eclectic shopping, dining, and family entertainment. Local dining favorites include Pompano Joe's, Buddy's Seafood Market, and The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House.

Parking Notes: Parking spaces aren't dedicated. Parking Garage is located across the street from building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a skybridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. After crossing the sky bridge, go to the Vacasa desk located on the ground floor. This is where you can pick up your parking passes (max of 2 per unit). You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to onsite amenities with your parking pass. Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses or other oversized vehicles are not allowed parked on-premises. No vehicle exceeding 7ft2in height is allowed in the garage. For the
safety of all: pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, and equipped with tow bars and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the
garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at renter’s expense.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Water Access: On the ground floor, on the East and West sides, there are hallways that lead to the beach access. There are signs to direct you. There is a gate to get to the beach and a code is required.
