I’ve stayed At pinnacle port for almost 30 years in several places. This was the worst room I’ve ever had. The walls were two different shades of brown. No beach decor. Fell like I was in a cheap apartment. The only thing updated was the kitchen that matched nothing. I feel like the owner just threw some furniture together to try and make it work. The bed had no headboard and was pushed up against the windows. This is the first bad review in all these I have ever written.

The view is awesome from the 9th floor. The unit is clean. What's missing was trash bags and there were no pots or pans. I informed the local management office the following morning when i first notice there were no trash bags in the kitchen. I was told that the person who would deliver the items were in the field and no specific time of delivery was given. Two hours later I noticed there were no pots or pans. Called management again and the same answer about being in the field was given. At the end of it all, it took about two hours to get trash bags and pots and pans after the phone call. There was no sense of urgency or responsiveness. Requested the manager call me but they never did.
In addition, the bed is hard as a rock and the TV is set up for wifi TV so there are no local or cable channels. This puts a damper on watching college or NFL football.
I ended up leaving a day early instead of sleeping on the bed again.

Clean but older building. Did not like location where you go check in at office as when you left you had to turn left across traffic to make another left directly after to get to place. Bed was very hard and no ceiling fan in top floor bedroom and stuffy. Parking lot is dark too. Probably won’t stay here again.

This condo was remodel and it looks amazing. Almost everything in the condo was new. The only reason why I gave it a 4 is because the bedroom blinds were broken so I could not close one side of the blinds which then woke me up multiple times in the early morning.

Pinnacle Port is a gated community. We have been coming here for 40 years. Located right on the beach. It is our home away from home. Our kids grew up here, now the grandkids are coming. This unit needs serious updates. The only thing updated was the shower in the downstairs bed/bath. One small lamp was in the bedroom, a closet that had a lot of junk in it. Not really any place to put your clothes. The king-sized bed was not comfortable. This condo is very tired. We ended up leaving the same night and going to a hotel. The rental company is absolutely wonderful. We have used them several times. If there is anything you need, they will make sure you get it.

My family had a trip to gulf shores this time already planned. So w/ the hurricane I booked this trip b/c that one was cancelled by Airbnb of course. I wanted to stay somewhere on the outskirts of PCB b/c we stayed in Long Beach Resort in July. This place is nice & beaches are more private w/ less tourist, but I still like a lot of folks cause I like playing volleyball. I didn’t really like walking up stairs to the living areas. I’m not a big fan of all the carpet & seems bit dated, but the shower was more updated. We met several folks who live in these condos & they were all super nice. After I got there we watched a boy reel in a blacktip shark on the beach. The kitchen is super small & u realize this when trying to cook. The room isn’t the nicest I’ve stayed at, but was nice enough for me & my gf to get away for the week. My gf wanted the button u push to auto open doors when we carry luggage up as well. Elevators ran fairly quick. Balcony has good views & the pool is nice too. Best meal we had was 5 min down street @ Bayou Bills Crabhouse.
