This elegant, two-bedroom beach vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling glass doors in both the living area and the master bedroom. These doors lead out to a spacious balcony that provides you with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the large lagoon pool. Recent renovations include a well-equipped, full kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wood tile flooring. Stream your favorite music through the living area surround system. Sleep peacefully in your master suite complete with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a separate bunk room with two oversize bunk beds, perfect for the kids. Want to enjoy the beach and all that Seagrove has to offer, but don't want to bring chairs and bikes with you? Don't worry! We offer two complimentary chairs, an umbrella, and two bicycles between March and October.
What’s nearby: Here between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, you can rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of the coastal dune lakes. The Surfing Deer, just three miles west, is popular for dinner, or head into Seaside, another mile west, to catch the sunset from Bud & Alley’s Waterfront Restaurant. Enjoy live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or at The Hub, only two miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brewpubs and wine bars for casual nightcaps as well.

This condo is absolutely incredible. Our family had the best trip and we are already trying to figure out when we can come again. This condo is decorated so beautifully with many upgrades features and the kitchen it stocked very well. And the views of the ocean from the balcony are the BEST. We enjoyed morning coffee, lunches and dinners on that balcony for our whole trip. This place is pure perfection and top notch….and we cannot wait to come back!

This unit exceeded our expectations! The pictures do not do justice to the unit or the view. Lovely decor, quality furnishings and cleanliness beyond belief! We ate many meals on the oversized deck (that had a variety of seating choices) because the view was fantastic! All pools and decks were impeccably clean and well kept. We will definitely be booking this unit again!

This was the best unit we’ve had. Well-equipped kitchen (except for a liquid measuring cup), beautiful bathrooms, clean, large balcony, soothing colors. The couch does need to be replaced as the center cushion had no support. The other seating areas were fine. Beautiful sitting area in master bedroom. Would stay again!

This condo was lovely. It had been newly redecorated in a beach and tasteful way. We love the beach service and appreciate the complimentary chairs, umbrella, and bike rentals. The pool is perfect for our extended family. We also like the grills and make great use of them. The only complaint is that there is no common area where large families can gather to eat a meal.

I booked this condo for a girl’s getaway and it was just what we needed. We loved the location of this property- close to Alys and seaside. Only 4 miles to a Publix. The property is a great size, decorated in lovely, calming, beach aesthetic. The balcony is a great size for gathering and has a wonderful view of the water. It was the perfect spot to have coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The house was clean...not impeccable, but clean enough. The kitchen was nicely equipped for someone who likes to cook. I brought a lot of my own kitchen gear, and only used my knives and my large cookie sheet. Everything else was already there. Really happy they provided pitchers for beverages. The master bed was comfortable, the queen bed was not. As someone who used to work in furniture sales- it’s time to replace the queen mattress (lumpy and lacking support). The sofa could use replacing as well. Other than that- this place was great for our needs. The pools are only 4’ deep max, but clean and huge. Hot tub was enjoyable too. We had no problems with locks or elevators. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

Location and condo could not have been better. Hot tub was closed, not sure why. Nice bathtub in master bath with separate shower. Large TVs in living room and master were a plus. Will definitely book again.

We love this unit! We have stayed in many of the units at Dunes of Seagrove but this is our favorite.
The updates are beautiful. The view of the pool and gulf are great. It has everything our family needed for a wonderful week. The use of the bikes and one hour of paddle board is always a plus for all. The unit was very clean which is very much appreciated during this COVID time. The mattresses however are showing some age. Overall a fantastic unit!

Great location to the beach and local restaurants. Beautiful unit with a nice balcony for watching the waves roll in; was able to actually watch a few dolphins. Super clean. The only downfall is the wi-fi is a little “spotty” and hard at times to complete “needed work”. The mattress in the small bedroom needs replacing as it sinks on one side. Other than those two minor things, we will definitely re-book.
If you’re looking to use the on-site gym facility, the treadmills are older, have shorter belts and not a lot of “spring”. Facility staff was SUPER friendly and ready to assist when needed.

This is our second year staying in Dunes of Seagrove and it did not disappoint this year. It was very nice having a newly remodeled unit. Excellent water/ beach front view from inside the condo made waking up on vacation a breeze. Kitchen is fully equipped and plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. It is a great perk to have the beach chair / umbrella service included with the cost of the rental. Note: you must go down at 8:00AM to reserve the set up each day. The unit could have been a little cleaner- floors were dirty and sandy so we had to clean them best we could with no cleaning supplies. The sliding glass doors were also filthy and the master bathroom had 3 lightbulbs out at the vanity which made it pretty dim. I also felt the toilets could have been cleaner. You will need to buy or purchase hand soap as it is not provided. We had a fabulous vacation and can’t wait to visit Our beloved 30-A again. This is the best location for a quiet family vacation with a private beach.

The floors were sooooo gross and dirty. Area rugs nasty, the main living room one had left over crumbs and popcorn found under couch and chairs. I spent the first morning there going to buy a mop and washing floors. And continued most of the week. Under the bed we found garbage and dust. The condo had no games or beach type toys for kiddos. Bunk beds dirty and dirty pillows. Sheets not cozy, very thin and scratchy. The balcony door didn’t lock, unsafe for children. And there were lights in vanity out. Pretty view and beach set up and access great. Kitchen is pretty but lacks storage for grocery items. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The unit and decor were very nice and well equipped however the cleanliness of unit was terrible!!! Food particles on silverware and showers were disgusting. It was too nice of a place for the cleaning people not to do a better job! We would definitely stay here again but would probably have to do a deep clean before. You would think with Covid going on they would take extra precaution but that was not the case here. Shame on Vacasa for allowing that to happen to such a nice unit.
