You'll be really close to all the great local seasonal events like the Seeing Red Wine Festival, 30A Half Marathon, 30A Songwriters Festival, and more. This complex has ongoing construction. Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs or elevator). Support beams are on all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor balconies. Balconies will be closed from 9/22-1/1/25 due to construction. You will not be able to access the balconies. The daily timeframe will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays).
