NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION!! Property wide construction starting Oct. 14, 2024, estimated completion date is June 6, 2025. Construction will be very loud at times throughout the project, including grinding, hammering, etc. Balconies will be inaccessible at various times during the project, balcony furniture will be placed in units when balcony work is being done. There will be periods when the units will be blocked from rental for some portions of the work. Schedules for project stages will change, pending weather. Visit Deer Lake State Park, only three and a half miles away, for rare birds and other wildlife, plus lots of fantastic canoeing and kayaking. Grayton Beach State Park is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail and less than 10 miles away for awesome hiking and lake swimming at a coastal dune lake. After drying off, grab a beer at Grayton Brew Pub right next door. Visit Seaside, just eight miles away, to see where the Truman Show was filmed.
