It’s in a good location but the small condo wasn’t cleaned and needs maintenance. We couldn’t even sit on the badly stained sofa. The bed sheets were clean which is a plus!
It’s so small there is no excuse for not cleaning the 1 toilet and 1 shower/tub in the condo.
I did call them but didn’t receive a call back til the following day and she said maybe the cleaner was in a rush. That’s the only explanation I got, obviously will not stay again with Vacasa at all! It is in a great location to walk to everything if you need something in a pinch.

From the moment you get there it takes forever to find the location. There was no directions and it wasn’t clear at all, we wandered around for 20 minutes. Once you finally find it, the door is impossible to open. My husband had to open and close it every time. Once inside the place is a good size with plenty of windows. However everything is just kind of dingy. The bed is hard as a rock and will need to see a chiropractor after staying there. While the price is good, it isn’t worth it. Spend more snd have a nicer time. We would have left if could have gotten a refund!

This is a small studio - ample space for a couple. We have stayed at the Villages before, but not this particular condo. Everything was clean. The tram service to the beach was super convenient.

The only problem was that the pools/hot tub were closed for our entire visit. This was really unfortunate because seeing as how our trip was in early October, the ocean was a little too cold to actually get in and we were really planning on using those accommodations. I called Vacasa support and they said there was nothing they could do. It really hindered our vacation.

So moral of the story: this is a great space, but call ahead and confirm that all accommodations in the listing will actually be available during your visit.

Nice place in good location and very clean and up to date. Would be very helpful to send map of complex because unit was difficult to find, but call center was very helpful in assisting us in finding place. The door is difficult to open and doesn’t self close. Would recommend owner repair that.

The location was great and condo very comfortable. A few things I would change or have repaired. The rug and sofa very soiled. The door was so hard to open I had to have my husband open. The light above the sink was out and you have a leak from the unit above in the bathroom. If you had all that repaired or updated it would be just perfect.

I will NOT be going back nor do I recommend. For one this place is like a jigsaw puzzle to find. I read so many reviews on this place and others and this one had great ones....well not the case.
- Black mold in bathroom and it smelt like it! CONCERNING!
- Couch had nasty stains on it
- Room looked and smelt not cleaned
- Rugs were so bad I didn’t want to walk on them barefoot
- Fridge barely work, it was like lukewarm the whole time
- No blankets like they said BUT you don’t need them because the room is so hot
- Remote didn’t have batteries

We loved the area - you can't beat Seacrest Beach and Rosemary. The room was fine but the door was hard to open and shut and the rug and floor didn't seem like they had been vacuumed well. We arrived later than the rental property office hours due to a horrible rain storm and did not have clear instructions on how to find the specific condo and ended up searching almost another hour in the pouring rain. We had to call the next day for something and the rental company was very helpful and quick to respond! Other than the frustrations in the beginning, the amenities were nice and the area was perfect and we had a great time!

This condo was quaint and cute in the best location. It was cleaned extremely well and was quite roomy for a couple for 3 nights. The only suggestions I would have for the property would be that the unit gets too hot. We utilized the air conditioner in the unit, but it didn't seem to circulate very well which left us stuffy for our trip. Another concern was the door to the unit; it doesn't shut or lock very well. We found that it got stuck multiple times upon closing and worried it wouldn't lock behind us. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay!
