Parking Notes: PARKING: It is first come, first serve parking in Gulf Place. No parking passes are required. No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Water Access: Private access: Gulf Place Beach Access, with 35 stairs (located on the left side of the tall white building Costa Blanca, approximately 75 yards). The private access requires a gate code (provided in your check-in email).
Public access: Ed Walline, is ADA accessible, and has two picnic shelters, parking, restrooms, and beach wheelchairs and life guards during peak season (located at the intersection of Scenic 393 and Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach).
