This recently renovated one-bedroom Gulf Place condo overlooks the courtyard and community pool from the third floor of the Caribbean building. As a Gulf Place guest, you'll have private access to the beach right across the street. Spend your afternoons down on the white gulf sands then rinse off under the outdoor shower before cooking up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen for an evening of sci-fi movies on the large flatscreen cable TV. This complex has ongoing construction. Support beams are on all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor balconies. Balconies are accessible and able to be used. The stairs have been undergoing construction since June 2023 with an unknown completion date. The daily timeframe will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays). During this period, temporary stairs will be available.
