That will allow 12 people to sit there at no expense to any guests. They should all be positioned straight down from the neighborhood boardwalk with "Calypso cottage" on the back of the chairs.
• Neighborhood beach access is available down the boardwalk.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
