TOPS'L Summit is located in the award-winning tennis facility, TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Resort, just steps from the most sought-after white sandy beaches on the Gulf Coast. Blue Dunes Grille (seasonal) and Club Tiki are the two on-site dining options, boasting creative menus that feature plenty of fresh, local ingredients. Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
