We had a great stay. Small things could be improved but it did not effect our stay.

Tennis villa 6 needed attention. I really hope Vacasa publishes this review and not just the 41/2 5 star ratings.
The villa was good but things need to be fixed and replaced. While we were enjoying the beach maintenance came into the unit for things that were not attended to before our arrival. We did not put in a maintenance order bc we decided we could live with the items that they came to attend to. Missing drawer and cover to the plumbing in the bathroom. Our complaint is they should have told us they would be entering the villa. We got no warning and when we entered the villa they were inside.
Now for the 31/2 stars. Both single bed frames downstairs are unacceptable. They need to be replaced. Surely no one can think it’s ok to have big grownups sleep on something about to fall apart. Vacasa could not have done anything about it whilst we were there. So we slept on rickety old bed frames. Not a very pleasant 6 nights sleep, The owners need to replace them.
The upstairs toilet is not secure. Please try sitting on it and you will immediately discover the problem.
Downstairs living area ok. Loved the nice big dining table, chairs comfortable and nice for playing games.
The kitchen was very well stocked. Thank you.
Upstairs bed ok.
We made it nice for ourselves but will not choose villa 6 again.
Stayed here for thanksgiving 2021.

Beds were too hard. Tram needs to run earlier and later.

The location is great and when the TV needed attention we received quick and courteous assistance. But the screen door upstairs/porch was off its track and the blinds didn't function in that same doorway. There was trash and dirty socks (not ours) beneath the 2nd bedroom furniture. Kitchen, bathrooms, and appliances all were fine and the grounds at this resort are beautifully managed and maintained. Staff is helpful and friendly.

We initially were staying at another village unit and were disappointed. However staff immediately found us a new unit and we are very happy with the unit and amenities

I loved everything about this home. It was more than I expected. The master bedroom was PERFECT!! This will be my new spot to stay when I visit. I only wish that the pool stayed open a little later.
