Inside, you have a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining table with seating for six, and a colorful and inviting living area with plush furnishings and a TV. Downstairs, you can swim in multiple pools, soak in the hot tub, work up a sweat in the fitness room, or take a short stroll out to the adjacent beach.

Just four miles east, walk the paths, watch for native wildlife, and explore the white quartz dunes of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. • This rental is located on floor 5.
• Parking notes: Guest Check-In and access to TOPS'L Beach and Racquet Resort begins at 4 PM CST. Please check in with the Vacasa Guest Services Building located at 9011 US HWY 98, Miramar Beach, FL, 32550. Should you arrive after this office has closed, you may pick up your parking pass from the TOPS'L Security Gate at the entrance of the property.
