This upscale, beachfront condo is ideal for your next family vacation along the Emerald Coast. The upgraded, full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the accessories you need to prepare cost-saving meals during your stay. Open the sliding glass door and let in the sounds and scents of the adjacent beach while you relax in your sunny living room, or step out onto your furnished balcony and enjoy the spectacular Gulf view. Downstairs, guests can enjoy the many deluxe amenities including multiple beachfront pools, a beachside restaurant/bar, tennis and fitness facilities, a Tiki Bar, and much, much more.
Make a reservation to explore the nearby Coffeen Nature Preserve, located just a little over a mile away, where you can hike the sandy trails, watch for native wildlife, and visit the fascinating ruins of launch tracks, bunkers, and military housing left over from World War II. No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
This rental is located on floor 5.
Parking notes: Guest check-in and access to TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort starts at 4:00 pm CST. Please proceed to the Guest Registration building to acquire your parking pass. Should you arrive after the hours of operation, you may pick up your parking pass from the security gate at the main entrance. On the following morning, please proceed to our Guest Registration building to complete your registration. Thank you for choosing TOPS'L! Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Our stayed started off with early check in. I know that’s not always the case with most places, but we were delighted. The condo was clean, the view was perfect! Everything about our stay was everything we needed and imagined. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathrooms are super nice and owners stayed in contact with us and responded quickly with whenever we reached out. I can’t wait to book this condo again.

We had a lovely time. Everything was clean and well stocked. The room was quiet and perfect for people that want to rest and relax. The only thing I would mention that wasn’t great was the pull out bed. It was very uncomfortable even for my 12 yr old.

Tides 504 is a beautiful, spacious condo. Very comfortable and well-equipped. Everything was very clean. The view of the ocean was amazing and was just a short walk to the beach.

We have been staying at the tides every year for a long time and the unit was just as expected, clean, comfortable and with excellent views. The grounds are well maintained and the staff are friendly and professional. The only problem we had was the tv in the living room didn’t seem to be connected. Everything else worked great! Be back next year!

The view was magnificent. The resort was like a home away from home. Great access to beach and pool. Food was great at bar by the pool. The negative I saw a cluster of small bugs by nightstand which I notified front desk and the sent someone to spray area. Second some of dishes were dirt and candy wrapper found by guest bed. This is the reason I didn't rate five star.
Overall a good experience.

We loved our stay and will visit again! The view was my favorite!! The place was nice with the exception of a few small things that needed fixed and also every time the toilet flushed, it would wake up the entire place. Those are things we could live with though. All-in-all, it was magnificent!!

Myself and four of my besties stayed at Tops'l Tides 504 for three nights. The condo is lovely and definitely met our expectations. The view is spectacular, and we loved the spacious patio for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. It was lacking a few basic essentials (such as coffee filters, bags, etc), but we took care of that with a trip to Publix. Be prepared for the pricey chair rentals at the beach! Daily rental is $57 (with tip) for 2 chairs and an umbrella.
