OVERVIEW
Gorgeous beachfront condo w/ shared pool & beach access
Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Escape Zone 60 is what you need if you're looking for some thrilling entertainment! Or if you're in need of some peace and quiet, Henderson Beach State Park is nearby and there you can hike and explore and be surrounded by nature. If you are itching to play a round of 18, check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club also nearby!
THINGS TO KNOW
Construction is 8-5, 7 days a week. Beginning Monday, October 20, 2025, the Lagoon Pool will be closed for approximately 3 weeks to have it resurfaced. We are hopeful to have it back up and running by November 10, 2025. Free WiFi, Full kitchen, Beach access, Shared pool/hot tub, Shared fitness facility, Snowbird-friendly, Gulf-view.
