1308 is a great apartment for a family stay at the beach. It’s just across the street from the beach. It’s a short walk to beachfront restaurants and a short drive to dozens of other eateries. Lots to do in the area: mini golf, bowling, water park, shopping, etc. Best for families who live within driving distance and can load up the car with cooking essentials like salt and pepper and olive oil as well as beach gear like chairs, buckets, shovels, umbrellas, towels, etc as there are no “extras” included in this apartment. Kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, coffee maker, pots and pans. Also, having the washer and dryer was an added bonus! Only complaint is that the master bed was uncomfortable. Other than that, we absolutely loved it!

The condo is a good place to stay with some flaws. The electrical in the condo needs attention only some outlets work, the floors were very clean but the tables and counter could have been wiped down better. Other than those two things it’s a great place to stay.

We was so excited to be able to travel again since the pandemic. Although our condo was awesome I wish Vacasa had better customer service. We arrived on a Sunday and was unable to get into our condo due to key code not working. No one would answer any of the phone numbers that I called. It took us 3 hours which by this time was 9:00 at night to get into our condo. I was on my way to get a hotel room for my daughter and I when someone finally texted me back. I never actually spoke to anyone until they put a work order in. And they called to give me a new code. I called customer service the next day to complain and was told thank you for complaining what else do you want me to do. Although I really enjoyed the condo, I’m not sure if I will use this company again to book any trips. Again, this is a lovely condo in a great location but I would rather not be inconvenienced when I’m traveling with a young child.
