The floor-to-ceiling windows and doors in the living area and the main bedroom provide expansive views of the emerald coast waters. Custom drapes allow for more privacy when wanted. Guests will enjoy the open concept with a well-equipped kitchen that is tastefully decorated with granite countertops, coordinating subway tile, and fresh white cabinets.
The dining area features a glass-topped table with regal chairs, and the large granite bar seats three more in fun, contemporary bar stools. The living area includes a sofa, a recliner, a swivel stuffed chair, and two cushioned rattan chairs. You can enjoy the large TV or the views of the Emerald Coast. The bookcases are stocked with several books, games, puzzles, and playing cards for your enjoyment.
The glass doors lead to a beachfront balcony with a table and five chairs. The main bedroom features a raised bed, TV, swivel stuffed chair, private bath, and access to the balcony.
The guest room includes a window with plantation shutters, an accent chair, a small TV, and access to the full hall bath. Each room includes a ceiling fan and tile floors. Huntington by the Sea 207 is located on a floor with laundry facilities.
Amenities include a beachfront swimming pool, sundeck, and grills. Grand Harbor, Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Outlet, and San Destin Spa are all conveniently located near this condo, providing for delicious dining experiences, ultimate shopping opportunities, theaters, zip-lining, and more.
