This contemporary unit has a king, queen, and a sofa bed and sleeps 6. With 3 TVs, 1 DVD player, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. With this being a corner unit you can enjoy the gulf front view plus the view over Destin from the extra window in the master bedroom.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: There is a limit of two parking passes per unit. Trailers: There are 3 parking spots for trailers available for $20 cash or check only. any other trailers WILL get towed at owner expense.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

I have stayed in various condos in Leeward Key over the past 11 years and always had wonderful stays. This vacation in unit 1102 was no exception. Wonderful view, clean condo, up to date appliances made for a superb vacation. The proximity to the is second to none.

Great views in this wonderful condo.
Not to the fault of the property, but FYI for Destin visits. There is very limited public beach access. We arrived a few hours before check in and thought we would enjoy the beach, it is all private and you need a pass to get there. Just a heads up.

We Loved are stay at 1102 Leeward. Loved sitting on the Patio just looking at the ocean and sound of the waves crashing. Our bedroom was huge with a king size, double sinks and tub had jets. Kitchen had plenty of pots and dishes to cook and prepare meals. Blender, toaster, crock pot, large pan to cook bacon in the ocean, pizza pan. I mention this because every unit is different. Its always nice to have the washer/dryer in unit. I recommend highly.

The room was beautiful with a great view. The two stars are for being unprofessional molly messaged me at 2:54pm the day of my reservation notifying me that she was unable to book me because I’m 24 she told me to cancel my reservation. Even though I told her when I booked the room I was 24 and asked if it was going to be a problem. My sister who is 29 was with me. Thankful for the lady in the office she advocated hard for me I was able to stay and had a great time!

My husband and our small dog have stayed in this condo several times. Being a corner unit, it has the best view of the gulf and of the city of Destin.
