Unit 405 at Magnolia is a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. The units sleeps 6 comfortably as it is furnished with a Queen in the Master, king in the second room and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has recently been updated with new granite countertops. The open floor plan makes the unit spacious and relaxing. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the balcony as well as Gulf, East Pass, and pool views. The Magnolia House offers a 30x30 seasonally heated pool, a community hot tub, a large sundeck, bathrooms, a picnic area complete with 3 charcoal grills, shuffleboard, and 2 tennis courts.
Things to know:
Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31.
Seasonal tram service will run March 20 - October 31, Monday - Sunday 9 am - 5:30 pm (last pick up at 5:15 pm). Lunch break from 2 pm - 2:30 pm daily. (Hours and operation dates are subject to change at any moment.)
*Starting Monday, March 22, 2021, the north elevator at Magnolia House will be down until further notice for replacement. The south elevator will still be operable during this time.
Parking Notes: Parking Passes will be handed out upon arrival by security. There is a limit of two parking passes per unit. Your property does not allow boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Water Access: Beach Access is located at the end of Lands End Drive
