The units sleeps 6 comfortably as it is furnished with a Queen in the Master, king in the second room and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has recently been updated with new granite countertops. The open floor plan makes the unit spacious and relaxing. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the balcony as well as Gulf, East Pass, and pool views. The Magnolia House offers a 30x30 seasonally heated pool, a community hot tub, a large sundeck, bathrooms, a picnic area complete with 3 charcoal grills, shuffleboard, and 2 tennis courts.
