Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the balcony as well as Gulf, East Pass, and pool views. The Magnolia House offers a 30x30 seasonally heated pool, a community hot tub, a large sundeck, bathrooms, a picnic area complete with 3 charcoal grills, shuffleboard, and 2 tennis courts.
