1st Floor Comfortable gulf view Condo, beach setup included, Near dining

This lovely two bedroom, two bathrooms, condo on the first floor offers a picturesque beach and Gulf view with a convenient stairway from the balcony to the beach boardwalk. The kitchen is fully equipped and has nice wood cabinets, full-size appliances, full housewares, tiled floors, and full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry closet. The master bedroom offers a majestic four-poster king bed, cozy bedding, a TV, and a DVD player. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a DVD player. The living area has a great casual nautical feel with red, white and blue colors, a comfortable red sofa, a matching loveseat, a West Indies style loveseat, and a chair with ottoman. There is a dining table for six, an outdoor wicker patio set, as well as two bar stools for more casual seating at the bar.

Can see the pool and gulf from the balcony, plenty of room for everyone to hang out, easy to get to grocery/shopping/restaurants nearby. Beach is so close and the complimentary chairs and umbrella were the best. The place needs a few updates, but the owners are working on it so we are excited to come back next year!

The only reason I gave ANY stars was the distance from the beach is steps away. Otherwise, this place is not worth even HALF of what's charged. Chewed up baseboards, a rat trap,a hole in the closet with an exposed water pipe, broken sliding glass doors are just a few things that await you here. The beach and the water is gorgeous but this condo is a dump. TVs in the bedrooms didn't work and the sliding glass doors don't work from the living room and are very difficult from the bedroom.

Great spot next to the pool. King bed was horrible and soft. Enjoy the back pain every day. Also sliding doors are stiff as rocks. Hard to open from outside and inside. Over all nice Unit with everything you need for a fun vacation.

The location and grounds of the condo were very nice and well kept. The unit that we stayed in is in need of maintenance. The key code for the door did not work at check-in. After talking to a technician through vacasa, they stated that it probably was set to day light savings time. There was no wifi for our property. The refrigerator took 48 hours to get cool. The sliding glass doors were very difficult to open and close. I would not stay here again.

The condo had more space than the other Destin condos we have stayed in during previous visits. We enjoyed being on the 1st floor and being able to use a separate entrance and exit for our trips to the beach and shopping. This was especially a benefit during covid 19.

It’s right next to the pool and has a beach view. Beach access is easy 200 steps and the beach is beautiful.
