Come home at the end of each sunny day to kick back on the balcony with a view of the shoreline, get a homemade dinner going in the fully appointed kitchen, or simply relax in the company of three TVs, a DVD player, free WiFi & a CD stereo system. You'll also be right in the midst of Destin's most popular attractions, with Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park practically across the road, The Track's go-karts and miniature golf course less than a mile east & the Destin Harbor Boardwalk just over two miles west. Tee off on the Seminole Course or the Choctaw Course at Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club (two miles northeast), find an assortment of eateries and grocery stores within a few minutes' drive (including Target and Winn-Dixie half a mile northwest) & enjoy the natural splendor of Henderson Beach State Park (two miles east).

THINGS TO KNOW

• Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.
• Pelican Beach Resort is currently undergoing construction. This vacation rental will be unaffected except for construction noises. From March 20, 2023 until May 26, 2023, the walkways will have work being conducted, but you will still have access to your vacation rental.
• The Pelican Beach Resorts Gulf-front pool will be closed until June 10, 2023 (weather permitting) due to balcony construction. Walkway construction will also take place from October 1, 2023, until February 1, 2024.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
