Construction may occur daily between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including weekends if needed, and guests may experience construction noise and minor inconveniences. Outdoor amenities (excluding the hot tub) are currently closed and are expected to reopen in Spring 2026. Dates and timelines are subject to change.

This well-appointed condo beckons you to enjoy every moment of your stay while in Florida. The entire condo features all-new flooring and new furniture in the living room makes for the perfect place to relax in front of the flatscreen after a day of fun. A full, well-equipped kitchen has all-white major appliances, a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender plus dishes, serving bowls, pots, pans, and flatware in case you want to prepare a full meal during your stay. The adjacent dining area seats four at mealtime.

The sliding glass doors in the living room open onto a private balcony with a bird’s eye view along the western coastline. From the balcony, you can see the gulf during the day and the twinkling lights of Destin at night. This is 716 square feet of the most cost-effective spending of your vacation dollars, perfect for a quick weekend getaway, an upbeat week for two or something in between just to get reenergized before returning to the daily grind.
