The master bedroom and the living area feature ceiling to floor balcony doors for access to your private balcony. Great view spot. Closet doors arent installed properly, little extra storage, and coffee table is about to fall apart, but otherwise decent condo to be in at a great spot on the beach.

The views were so beautiful on the balcony. Staying here was very convenient to the beach and other attractions. I'm giving it a 3 because both of the beds in the second room had crumbs/sand in it. We had to buy blankets so they could just sleep on top instead of sleeping under the covers.. Right when I walked into the master bedroom bathroom, I smelled urine. I called and someone came quickly after we left and informed me that he sprayed. When I got back to the room, later that night, I went to the bathroom and it still smelled like urine and air freshener.

We traveled from Cincinnati for an end of the month stay at this beautiful ocean front condo in December 2021. We had our four children with us and there was more than enough room for all of us. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The view is top notch with a front facing view of the ocean and the beach from the balcony. We could not get over how beautiful the ocean view was. The building is also nice with pools, a restaurant, and shop right downstairs. We only had a few small issues. The door key didn't work when we arrived, but maintenance was called and fixed it right away. Overall, we would return to Sundestin Resort and we would love to stay in 1012 again. Thank you for a wonderful time!
