Azure 206 is a beautiful four-bedroom, three-bath condo located directly on the beach on Okaloosa Island, boasting breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Experience ultimate serenity and relaxation in this spacious condo. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in two guest bedrooms, two twin-size beds in the additional guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Azure 206 accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. Upon entering, you will find two guest bedrooms on either side of the entrance. The guest bedroom on the left offers a queen-size bed and includes a flat-screen television and an ensuite bathroom. This guest bathroom offers a single vanity with lovely granite countertops, as well as a tiled tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom on the right also includes a queen-size bed and a large flat-screen television. The additional guest bathroom is accessible from both this guest bedroom and the hallway, and also includes a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. At the end of the hall on the left is the additional guest bedroom, including two twin-size beds and a television, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. Enjoy a washer/dryer combination, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The fully-equipped kitchen is on the right at the end of the hall and features stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space, along with a gorgeously-tiled backsplash to complement the overall elegance of the condo.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

We had a great time. It was clean and had a great location. My only complaint is the bedroom televisions are bad. Way too small and barely worked. So much static you couldnt see the picture. Other than that… everything was great.

The condo was simply perfect. The view was absolutely gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, there were enough towels and toiletries to last our entire stay. Cleanliness was A+. When you walk into a place and feel like you don't have sanitize or re clean a place, that's when you know it's worth every dime! The only disappointment were the TVs in every room and the phone reception. I suggest investing in updated TVs that fits the size of the rooms (i.e. 32 to 40 inches). That will have the guests feel like tthy are home away from home.

We loved the condo it had plenty of room and perfect location to the beach. My only concern was it was not as clean as I would of hoped for. But we all work for a cleaning service so 20 minutes of work and it was good good as new. The pool was very crowded.

When we arrived the toilet was running and the bathtub faucet was leaking. The cleaning of the unit was not as clean as it has been done in the past. 4th year staying at Vacasa. The unit didn't even have that just cleaned smell to it.
If you plan to have ten people, inside, to sit down to eat, you can forget it. There are only 4 chairs at the dining room table. Good luck with what they consider a kitchen with appropriate utensils and cookware. we had to buy spatula to be able to cook eggs.

When arriving to this establishment that we payed over 6,000$ for we were sad to see that this unit was outdated and needed several repairs. First we noticed there were mirrors and paintings hanging crooked. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom made a terrible noise that you could from a far distance and was filthy. The toilet in the master bathroom constantly ran, and made the most awful sounds to the point it kept us up at night. We noticed after inspection, the sheets on the bed had some sort of rust colored stains on the inside of them. The ceiling fan in the living room was not operational and had to be replaced. When they came to replace it they left the old pieces laying in our living room floor for someone to trip over. The refrigerator did not work properly the first day there, and we lost several food items. After it finally started working no thanks to anyone there, but to my mother in law, we realized the door was broke and when you open it the refrigerator door dropped down an inch. The microwave handle was broken. There was glass in the floor, we still have no idea where that came from. The silver ware and dishes had several stains on them, they had not been washed but just slung in there. When we took a skillet out there was a cockroach crawling in it. We also saw another cockroach in our grandmothers room and a spider in the bath tube. There was no rug in front of the shower, so it was very easy to fall on the stick tile. The shower in the smaller room was so messed up we were unable to use it and the shower in the master bath had an awful smell in it. The sign in front of the building was held together with straps as if it was about to fall off. After expressing our concerns the only initiative took was to replace one ceiling fan and they tightened the other. Keep in my this is the last vacation we will get to take with our 86 year old grandmother. The washer was so disgusting that we had to clean it before using it. Days before arrival we tried several times to make contact but our questions went unanswered. Not only were we heart broken to arrive to all of this, but to hear them tell us it was “normal wear and tear” was very frustrating. No one offered us any time of partial refund or cared about any of our concerns. I also have several pictures of these issues but do not see a place to insert them.

The current events have lead to an unprecedented volume of calls and messages from our guests, and we are actively hiring more Customer Experience agents to ensure that we are providing prompt service. The toilet and ceiling fan have both been addressed and a new microwave is scheduled to be installed. The refrigerator is working properly, but it can take 24 hours to come back down to temperature after it is filled with guest's groceries. Due to the pandemic, rugs that are normally in the home have been removed and guests are provided with bathmats to prevent slipping. We have surfaced your concerns with our local team who will appropriately address the issues in an effort to ensure a comfortable stay for future guests. Again, we are very sorry for this disappointing stay and hope you will allow us the opportunity to host you in the future. Thank you.

I stayed in this condo Monday-Friday. There were roaches in my unit. We killed 8 and saw many more. I notified the front desk on Wednesday & was told maintenance would come that day. No one came. I notified the front desk on Thursday that no one came. I was offered a different condo to switch to. I declined because we were leaving the following day. I asked for a partial refund & was told I would receive one. I'm still waiting. My mom & aunt stayed in the room with twin beds. My mom dropped a pill & my aunt bent down to find it. While doing so, she found crumbled up poptarts under my mom's bed and used dryer sheets. The poptarts weren't from us. The "Vacasa Premium Clean" is a joke.
