During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom and offers plenty of seating for the whole family. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer combination, for added comfort and convenience. This Gulf-front Mediterranean-style paradise offers an array of on-site amenities, perfect to appease every traveler.
