Azure 220 is located on the second floor, offering wonderful peaks of the Gulf of Mexico from the capacious balcony. This three-bedroom, two-bath condominium accommodates up to ten guests comfortably, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in one guest bedroom and two twin-size beds along with one set of twin bunks in the additional guest bedroom. You will fall in love with the welcoming and relaxing ambiance and tasteful décor offered throughout Azure 220. Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms, each with their own television and DVD player. The guest bath is attached to one of the guest bedrooms and is also accessible from the hall area. This bath offers a single vanity and shower/tub combination. A short distance down the hall is the master bedroom, also offering a flat-screen television and DVD player and leading into the spacious master bath. The master bath offers a double vanity, a garden tub, and large, walk-in shower. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the fully-equipped kitchen, leading into the dining area and living room. The kitchen boasts marble countertops along with all equipment and amenities needed to cook your own meals at home. The living room includes a flat-screen television and DVD player and leads directly to the balcony. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom and offers plenty of seating for the whole family. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer combination, for added comfort and convenience. Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
