This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in both the living room and master bedroom leading to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the white sandy beaches and the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features in this vacation rental include a fully equipped kitchen that consists of a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop stove & oven and all of the cooking utensils you will need to cook and serve a meal. In the family oriented dining area, there is a dining table that seats 6 and if that isn't enough there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. There are 4 TV’s, 1 DVD player & 3 VCR’s.

Parking Notes: There is no parking spaces for boats, trailers, or RVs.

Parking passes are required. Two passes will be on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

This condo was good. Awesome location and right on the beach with a fantastic view. Staff was great and beach service was really nice. Lots of space and sleeps 10. It does however need some serious tlc. The door is super hard to open and close, the ac return vent is completely rusted over, the cabinet draws in kitchen and both bathrooms are peeling off in huge chunks, and drywall near furniture really needs to be fixed. Overall not a bad place to stay just needs some fixing up.

We stayed in the condo for a long weekend. It was later in the evening when we got to the condo. We noticed water seeping up from the floor in various locations in the condo. We notified the maintenance the next morning since it was so late the night before. Maintenance showed up right away. They learned that the air conditioning line was backed up and had been leaking for quite some time before we even arrived. We then had blowers in the condo for the entire duration of our trip to dry out the floor. Not really an ideal situation. There are not enough towels provided for your stay. Make sure to pick up extra toilet paper for your stay as well.

The pool was lovely and the view was amazing! Appliances were unacceptable in addition to being hazardous and the smoke detectors did not work! Huge issue! Furniture in the family room was very stained and dirty. Liked the decor and we had plenty of hot water.
