Offering an open floor plan that leads to a private balcony that overlooks a state of the art zero entry pool, 2nd pool and the splash area much more! The living area has a new smart TV, queen sofa bed and loveseat. Like to cook while listening to the sounds of the ocean, well our kitchen is fully stocked, stainless steel appliance and granite countertops. There is dining for 6 in the quaint dining room. The primary suite includes a king bed, TV and balcony access. Additional sleeping accommodations located in the bunk area. Needing to do laundry Don't worry this home has a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided by VACASA. These wristbands are mandatory

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
