With ample seating and direct beach views, you can enjoy drinks and even dinner on the private balcony while the serenity of the Gulf lulls you into complete tranquility. The kitchen caters to culinary novices and top chefs alike, with updated stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, ample counter space, and a large breakfast bar, not to mention all the small appliances and utensils needed to let your inner chef bloom. To add to the entertainment Windemere 1408 provides, there is also a margarita machine, karaoke machine, and a Keurig coffee maker available for guest use.

Parking notes: The parking code on the second level for the garage is available and the parking space for this unit is 17. Only one vehicle has garage parking. The outside top parking area is first come first serve. The lot in front of Lillians with Windemere signs on it is for over flow parking. Overflow parking is not for extra vehicles, just for your second car. Parking is limited, and guests may need to seek additional parking off property during busy seasons. Parking is strict, please make sure to park in your assigned spot not in someone else's assigned spot.

There are many things to like about this home, but my favorite is that the floorplan has 2 master suites that have access to the large balcony, but more importantly, 1 of the 2 suites is down a short hallway so it is separated from the living area and kitchen. This allowed our late sleeper to not only have a room with a Gulf view but also to have quiet in the morning when I was up early making coffee. I would stay here again just for that! But of course, the view is amazing, there is a large comfortable couch, there are enough plates and glasses for 30 people at least. There is every type of glass you could want. Red wine, white wine, highball, margarita, champagne and all the regular drinking glasses. Condo was very clean and kitchen was extremely well stocked, though you may want to bring your own pans if you plan to do serious cooking.
The reserved parking for this condo is very close to the boardwalk on the beach level so we were able to leave all of our beach chairs, etc. in our car and not have to bring them up and down to the condo--a bonus!
We plan to rent here again.

What isn't to LOVE !!!! Great place to stay and plan to stay again next year we have decided. Very spacious area - no one was on top of each other. Everything in the kitchen you would need to cook anything. Extra Ice Maker was wonderful for ice in coolers. Never ran out of hot water for a group of 7. We also had a 17 mth old along - we felt extremely safe with him there (which was a worry before we arrived) The beach chairs/service that came with the rental was a great bonus!!! Don't forget extra paper towels and maybe a couple of trash bags - glad I brought extra. WIFI works good in condo, but do not expect your data to work well at the beach - no fault of condo. Windemere is a neat clean safe complex and away from the hustle and bustle but easy drive to local Publix Grocery Store. Parking was easy - one spot in garage and easy extra parking across the street.

This 4 bedroom condo has a wrap around balcony that covers 3 rooms of space. Perfect sunset views. There are 2 master bedrooms with full ocean views and two other bedrooms, all with private baths. There are 5 beds in total. The description doesn't include photos of the pool cabana room or instructions regarding how to access it. If you have questions, please reach out to me.

Private cabana was great. Could easily leave beach stuff inside-but lock on door very hard to work with. Garbage disposal was broken when we arrived. When we called to request maintenance-they were there within an hour or two. There were several negative issues though-we had no access code to fitness room-when we called to ask about it we were told they’d get back to us-never did. No dvd library (though that’s listed as an amenity). We had problems with a shower door/outlets blocked or not working/curtain pulls not attached /balcony lights not working. Well stocked kitchen but desperately needs a small step stool -shelves are so tall no one can reach the top ones -nice pool and Beach access.
