While the condo is certainly not "Ski In, Ski Out" as it is located on the sixth floor, it is very close to the Snowflake lift. Walk north through the building, take the elevator to the first floor, and head to the locker room to put on your gear. Walk outside and grab your skis/snowboard from the Charter Sports racks. Walk up the stairs to the left and get on the lift! The condo itself is comfortable and well appointed. It has laundry, allowing you to pack less clothing in your suitcase. The gas fireplace is a nice touch and it pumps out lots of heat. There is no real view to speak of, outside of the trail behind the condo where you can watch people heading to and from the lift. If you also rent 606N you can open the door between the two condos to double your space.

Location was farther from Main Street than we’ve had in the past but right next to Snowflake Lift.
Kitchen was a little under expectations but we didn’t eat in the condo much.
Beds were good.
Bathrooms were great.
Arrangement of condo was great.
Balcony space was great.

Linens provided were plenty for our family.

Beautiful property. 606 South is ideal for family to get away to Breckenridge. The unit is beautiful and well stocked. Walk out to the Bluesky chair lift, ski storage on site. Perfect for a wonderful ski vacation. Front desk associates are very helpful.

Everything was perfect, from the warm, welcoming staff, to the immaculate, high quality lodging, to the plastic cups that we could take down to the hot tub, to the convenience of the ski check and access to Snowflake lift, to the awesome 4 o'clock hot chocolate and warm chocolate chip cookies!
