Very clean and comfortable. Was a perfect size for our group of 4. Easy walk to the Breck Connect gondola to get to the slopes in the morning and an even shorter walk back home in the evening. Also just a few blocks away from the center of downtown. The hot tub area was clean and nice after a long day of skiing.

The location was excellent. We never needed our car while on holiday. Negatives were location of condo on the busiest street in town lots of traffic noise during the day, however, late at night no traffic noise. The hallway runner needs to have a deep clean or replaced. It was very dirty.

Nos quedamos 11 días y no cambiaron sábanas ni toallas ni hicieron limpieza en tantos días. Laundry estaba cerrado y tardaron 4 días en mandar a alguien para resolverlo. Llamábamos todos los días

Las unidades se limpian antes de la llegada y después de que nuestros huéspedes se van. Pedimos disculpas por haber tardado cuatro días en abrir la lavandería para su uso. Esperamos que nos brinde la oportunidad de recibirlo nuevamente. ¡Gracias!

This condo was very clean, quiet and nicely located within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. Our kids enjoyed the small pool on the property as well.

The ski hill condos on the corner of ski hill road and route 9 was a great place to stay. Walking distance from downtown and an easy ride on the bus or car up to Peak 8 & 7. We stayed at Ski Hill #26 and enjoy the unit and how up to date and clean the unit was. Would definitely stay there again...
