This cozy, seventh-floor studio condo is perfect for a small family vacation or a romantic getaway for two. This vacation rental is located within a gated community at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort and features a well-equipped kitchenette. Downstairs, slip into the tropical saltwater pool, soak in the community hot tub, fire up the shared gas grill for a cookout, or enjoy a beverage from the poolside Tiki bar!
The white sandy beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico are located just a short walk from this studio. Catch the sunset from the Beach House Restaurant, where you'll find fun beachside dining. The Village of Baytowne Wharf, located on the bayside of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort just two miles north, offers more restaurants, shops, and plenty of fun and excitement at the Baytowne Adventure Zone.

- A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and stops at several locations around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well.
- Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses.
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
The Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.
