Love the location, the space and the private beach and pool/spa!

This was the perfect place for our family stay in Lake Tahoe. The home was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed being close to the strip, but also having the calmness of the private beach. Would definitely stay here again!

There was a living bat in the house which showed up the first night of our stay, it kept flying in the living room and loft areas, we checked out of the property after the first night. Vacasa staff downplayed the issue by saying bats are safer than mosquitoes and that all their property in Lake Tahoe might have a bat. Apart from bats, the furnitures are very dusty, bedding wasn’t fresh, it smells of sweat and found many strands of hair. If you want to rent this property, make sure if the bat has been let out of the property.
Manager response:
Thank you for your review, Seema. We are sorry to read you were so unhappy with your accommodations. Unfortunately, bats are very common in this area, and we were unable to find the bat in question. He most likely found his own way out. We have verified the bedding is cleaned.

Great little spot for our trip - was well furnished, features 2 bathrooms and showers, very central location, good parking, and easy to access. The only downside was the complex the condo is in is very busy and full of families and the photos make the place look just a little nicer than it actually is (feels like your classic ski cabin). Overall a great stay but would have probably opted for somewhere a bit more secluded.

The house was very well furnished! My daughters and family stayed here. The kids loved the loft! It was very clean and ready when we arrived.

Great condo in the busy South Tahoe area. Vacasa was quick to check in on us shortly after our arrival and fix an internet problem. Lots of light and when the breeze blows through during the summer with the windows open, it is lovely. Kitchen well equipped and unit has a washer/dryer (small but functional). Close to restaurants (lots of chain restaurants in the south shore area but found a few cute local spots as well). Very busy condo tho and families like to gather in the grassy area between buildings and can get very loud. Also the condo complex is next to a very busy highway so a large amount of road noise. Beach is a stones throw from the unit and is perfect for a dip in the refreshing lake (but it also gets crowded quickly). Great gelato spot next door and Artemis has great Mediterranean food just a quick walk away. Checkin and checkout was easy and there was always adequate parking. Main drawback is the overcrowding at this part of the lake and the buildings being high occupancy (loud) this time of year. Home was really comfortable though and well supplied.
