Beautiful home with more than enough space for our group! Plenty of amenities to feel home away from home. Comfortable beds! Large wrap around deck! Lawn space to play yard games. Our whole family enjoyed our stay!

Well appointed - especially the kitchen! Exceptionally clean. Very dog friendly! The beds are really comfortable and the entire house is inviting. Loved the outdoor spaces and use of canoe and kayaks.

Beautiful home and setting. Completely surrounded by trees. You can’t see the water from the home, but that’s ok. The kitchen is huge and can easily accommodate a large group. The deck is large with ample seating. The home comes with a lot of supplies to make your home more comfortable. They provide books to read, cushions for the chairs, tons of cooking utensils including a crockpot! Lots of bathrooms. Overall a great place to stay.

Very nice home with lots of space to sleep. Just wish the check-in instructions were sent sooner, the WiFi password was correct, the hill to the dock was listed somewhere, and the check-in times were more reasonable

This is a new listing, so the owners were still getting a few things settled. Besides that our stay was quite pleasant. It's so rare to find a place who says pet friendly and truly means it. Our dog did not have to be in a kennel or crate, he was free to be himself. He got to run down to the river and swim to his hearts content, which made us very happy. We even got to continue his training in one of our kayaks we brought and we took him on his first canoe ride with the canoe that was provided. It was a wonderful experience. We did try fishing the river and lake with no luck. I recommend getting a heavy weight to keep you tied down otherwise the current and wind will drag the canoe and make fishing impossible. We also recommend a different coffee maker as the current one is off kilter. You have to hold the coffee pot up to make the button go in so the coffee flows through otherwise it all holds up inside the machine. Two easy fixes though for the owners, if they want. Otherwise, the place is beautiful, private, and well stocked. The kitchen is a chef and bakers dream, and there is a great deck for bbq'ing which we did every night thanks to the awesome staff nearby Brian and Katie who helped us out with a gas grill. There is a big area for a fire pit to roast marshmallows, and more. This place is huge and sure to be more than anyone needs to enjoy themselves for a relaxing getaway from the city. Thank you for sharing your home with us. My husband and our dog enjoyed ourselves. My especially favorite spot was the chair by the bottom of the staircase. It's super comfortable so are the pillows. Perfect spot to read a book with a great scenery if the woods and nature.
