We arrived and the lock was incorrect waited outside and didn’t get a response until the next morning luckily I called back and got someone else to reset the lock but the following night the lock reset to default of the original passcode luckily my wife wanted to sleep and was inside to open the door, then the cable and wifi wasn’t available used my own account, lastly wasn’t aware or informed in description of two floors with tight spiral stairs and a ladder, I have neck and wrist issues and decided to stay downstairs due to carrying luggage. Enjoyed the area it is on the 4th floor and good views and apartment are well over 25 years old so ware and tear was noticeable.

Door lock did not work. Had to put chair in front of it at night. TVs did not work. Bed felt like we were sleeping on box springs. Not for toddlers or overweight people. Dangerous going up and down to loft where both beds were

The listing is on the 3rd floor & the wording makes it seem like the 1 bedroom is on the main floor which is wrong. The only actual bedroom is up a narrow set of spiral stairs that leave grease all over your clothes & dont seem very safe. The cleaners didnt sweep very good as there was sand & dirt everywhere in the floor. The pillows are absolutely filthy. The biggest thing is the 1st full day we were there, 2 men just walked in the front door & said they were there to change a light bulb & set of broken blinds. I mean both of those things could've waited until the unit was empty. I called Vacasa a few times & sent a message but no reply or calls back. I hate to leave a negative review but there was too many issues.

Access to the beach is great, pool was warm and clean, and the housing was satisfactory. Could be cleaner inside though. And tv’s didn’t work. Overall, good stay and would recommend.

We would’ve rate this stay with 5 stars, but unfortunately we had some issues with the cleanliness. Some sheets were dirty, spare pillows were stained, and had some pest issue. But aside from that, we like that the pictures matched the place! We definitely appreciate that both bathrooms were relatively a good size! This place was close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk. It had a convenient residential/ public access walk to which we always found a great spot on the beach! Parking, we had our own reserved spot. Great spot around town with great places to eat. Overall, a good stay.

Internet access was not available. Basically went through through house looking for a missing modem. Vacasa sent someone around 4 the next day while we were out so that was never resolved. There were holes in the walls by the latter that haven't been patched. The patched places in the home haven't been painted or anything. Worse of all we noticed roaches!!!! Needless to say we never unpacked our bags and had to stay out of the room as much as possible on a cold rainy trip.

This worked well for us with two small kids. We brought a baby gate for the spiral stairs. Very close to the beach access point and very private and quiet. The little pool was very cute.

The room itself was very cute. However, the TVs did not work (based on the guestbook it’s been an ongoing issue for months based on their writings. When we arrived there was still trash in the trash can, the mirrors were all dirty and there wasn’t a single rag or towel in the unit. Called Vacasa at 4pm and was told within the hour someone would be there to clear the trash and get us towels. We didn’t receive these until after noon the following day. I had to make a follow up call to receive them.

The home was very beautiful but it is all the way on the top floor and the tv’s did not work nor did they have Internet. I tried contacting the number on the front villa but it only contacted a man who only own’s 3 of the other apartments. Other than that the stay was nice and peaceful and a good spot right on the strip .
